There is nothing about this agency and this team that I don't like! This is my second time working through them and being placed at a job that genuinely makes me happy, instead of just a paycheck, and Heather is AMAZING, always going way above and beyond to get the perfect fit!

I had an issue with my pay and BUD went above and beyond his duties to make sure that I got my pay that was missing. Also when I was out of work due to the coranavirus BUD went the extra mile to make sure I was employed again through Express. If you are looking for not only a job but a career Express is the road to travel thanks BUD from Tristan and Dorothy Swanson.

As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is not only professional but welcoming. The staff is professional, polite, and very thorough. Please do yourself a favor and don't wear sweat pants to the interview here.be professional!

This is not a suprise at all that they have a full 5 star. The people running this place are simply wonderful. They are far away the best temp agency in Columbus. The bethel road location is whack they have u fill out application pass ur drug screen to just tell u no they cant hire you yes ive made mistakes in my past its crazy people hold that against you so if u have caught a felony before dont go to express pros on bethel

I have worked with other locations but this one really made me feel that they cared, and wanted to help me however they can.

I called and they didn’t have anything on the bus line. But instead of just blowing me off the girl at the front desk gave me information on other offices to call. I was able to find just what I needed. You don’t find people who really want to help to often these days.

They could not help me as they did not staff exactly what I was looking for, so they referred me to another agency that could. This is rare in staffing, most people would struggle to get the sale instead of being transparent. Would use again if the need fit.
