9I have had my eyebrows threaded twice now. She has done an amazing job both times. Lilly is kind, her price is extremely reasonable, and it is very clean inside. 10/10 recommend!

1 star because I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment. I told the lady that I was the online 12: 15 appointment. At about 12: 07 another customer came in. A lady came from the back and pointed to her and said “You”. The customer who came in 7 mins after me stood up. The lady who worked there asked her if she was the online appointment. The customer said “No. I’m a walk-in”. The lady took her back and I waited until 12: 19 and left. I don’t know if there was some discrimination going on but if your scheduled appointment arrives before your walk-in, you should take your scheduled appointment. Also, instead of calling people “You” and “Online appointment”, use their names.
I did a full face threading and got few cuts all over my face. How she does things was also forceful. I got a sensitive face so that was definitely a no for me. Never coming back here.
Good service but I came first but she did for 4 people behind just because I need to do wax legs
Expect to wait a while if you go after 5pm on a week day as there is always only 1 person working.
I came here on Saturday and had my eyebrow threading and eyelash extension. Best experience ever and it was my first time ever. So polite and gentle Ms. Lily has a lifetime customer. Highly recommend you check this out.
I get my eyebrows threaded here and they always do a really great job. I always end up leaving here smiling.
I was referred to this place by a nearby location that didn’t have the availability. Lilly did my Brazilian wax. And when I say she was “thorough”. She cleaned me up real good. And even helped me put back in my piercing. It was my first time with it being the sugar honey version. But I definitely will be back. Place was clean and affordable.
