Expresso Car Wash, Maumee OH

Horrible customer service! And they like to apparently keep/steal your money after you tell them to cancel your membership! Really? ! And the manager tells me “I’m not goona call my boss or barba to come to just cancel a membership” when I’m telling him I cancelled it a couple days ago! Pathetic!

Trevor checked me in and out in the detail shop. He was professional and throughly explained everything. My Wrangler looks great again! Their team did a great job!

Great place to get your car washed. I get the monthly unlimited plan I use it everyday. Staff is nice and they all do a good job.

Was referred here for inside and out cleaning and and for $34 I was extremely happy. No apt and waited maybe 30 minutes and was well worth it! My car was so clean and shiny as I drove away. Made me so appreciative of their hard work. Staff was kind and professional and willing to take time to explain different offers as this was my first time. Thank you Expresso Illinois Ave, Toledo, Ohio! I'll be back!

One of the worst car wash experiences of my life. I am not one to complain in a review. But the kids vacuuming the car need to get off their phones. The vacuuming was a D+ at best. The kids basically laughed when I told them to get busy. Expresso Carwash will never see one cent of my $$ again…

If you want to go out of business, then keep it up.

Didn't get any service because the full service lane was closed. Again. Guy that answered when i called said they were understaffed because people don't show up.

For one of the very few car washes that still offer full service, you'd think they want to protect that unique service.

Not a staffing problem. It's a manager and owner problem.

I am frustrated because apparently they train their people to put the cars in the wash as close together as possible. As a result when they were loading the cars in the car behind me struck my vehicle in the rear. No damage was caused to my car because I have a trailer hitch sticking out of the back. If anything the car that hit my back end scratched their bumper. I see no reason to not leave at least one car length distance between cars when you're loading them into the wash. The goal is to not cram them in as closely as possible increasing the likelihood of one car contacting another. I have a gift card loaded up with several washes and before I went in loaded another $50 on. When I called to speak with someone I got a person in the detail shop who transferred me to a wash manager who did not answer and had no voicemail setup. I will probably give the card away to someone else and not return.

My car was taken care of by this nice kid with muscles, I didn't get his name, but it's nice to have found a place where at least one of the employees was nice! Highly recommended

Good car wash. But when you pay for full service, you'd hope they could dry it off. Still had water on my windshield, rear window and mirrors.

Every time I schedule an appointment they are so accommodating and by the time I get my car back it’s like I have a brand new car they are so detailed. The staff is so personable kind and gracious. I’d highly recommend coming here each and every time!

Just paid $25 for interior and exterior clean.exterior is good, interior was just ok. I didn't expect detailing, but many obvious spots were not cleaned.
