They did well, were very nice and professional. I gave 4 stars because one of my nails was crooked but I didn’t catch it until I got home.

I just moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and this Salon is amazing! Great customer service, easy to book online and prices are fair. The place is kept clean and has a wonderful appearance as you walk in.

The actual experience inside the salon was good, friendly and efficient. However, it's been one week and my gel is already peeling off. It doesn't seem like something was done right. I moved here recently and I have never had this happen anywhere else. It's clear proper steps weren't taken or in effective products are used. I won't be returning.

Laila is an artist! She does special designs on my nails during holidays. I am always extremely happy with the service and the product!

My daughter & I had a great visit last week on 3/14. Tami & Vicki took great care of us. Relaxing atmosphere, large selection of nail polish colors and friendly staff. It's the only salon I'll go to!

Had my first pedicure with my bestie at Excuisite Beauty Spa. As a person that suffers from fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis it was great how the massage therapist acknowledged any discomforts that I had and made sure that I was enjoying my massage.

Walked in. Three girls did walk in before me so I expected a wait. They took the three girls. Told me 10 mins. I got there at 5: 20, I remember this because when you sign in they ask for the time. As I waited 3 girls finished and no one still got me. I decided to leave at 6. No one said a work. No one thanked me for my patience or said they would be with me in a few more minutes. Very disappointing customer service.

The one thing I love about Exquisite Beauty Spa is that you can walk in at just about any time and not have to wait long at all. This is great for me as I usually decide at the last minute sometimes. The staff is always friendly and I am always satisfied with my end results. I have referred several friends to Exquisite. When you find something you like.you share. I have been going there for years.

Best place ever! Service was amazing and I love my nails! I have been coming here for a very long time and have never not been satisfied, they really know what they are doing and it is safe to say I will be going back! I have not only been here for a little get together with my sister but for a birthday party! Great for many occasions and truly is a very beautiful interior! Love it and totally recommend!

My sister brought me here as a treat and I can’t wait for my boyfriend to see my pedicure when I meet him in Paris, France next week! The salon looks like it’s newly renovated and has a wide variety of nail colors on a beautiful shelf display. The nail technicians are great and very attentive. Will definetly be coming back again!
