Extra Space Storage, Youngstown OH

As advertised! Lisa Kreitzburg did a fabulous job showing me various open spaces and all of the possible options. She was very thorough and took her time walking me through each space and discussing the potential variables and best access routes. Her colleagues Brian and Jen were also very kind and helpful in locating the most optimal space for me needs. Highly recommended team!

Office people at boardman are amazing!
Once your phone number is in their system and you call the office. There is a computer prompt to pay or hear the phone number that you called initially. Neither option is needed but no way to speak to a human.
Takes some getting use to to enter a 10 button code each time you need to get into the facility with your hands full. They don’t tell you but if you leave the auto door open you will be fined as this can break the door.
Staff in office is very friendly. But can’t get ahold of them via phone. Not ideal.

I love extra space storage! The units are clean and they have many sizes to fit your individual needs. The price is fair, considering they're protecting your belongings with multiple cameras as well as unless you have a working code you can't even access the building. They do require that you have an insurance policy, through them, on your stuff so that if anything were to happen you can be reimbursed. The policy is cheap and definitely worth the peace of mind it gives. The staff is always friendly and smiling. There was a day that I was unloading fragile stuff and a piece of glass got dropped outside. I didn't even have to go in the office, I just called them and let them know that there was broken glass under the awning and they immediately took care of it. (I didn't have a broom or I would have)

Jenn Buckley was very helpful and proffecial in helping me get my space for my rv.i plan on being with extra space storage for a long time because of her expert help.

This was our first experience with a storage unit and Jenn and the other staff could not have made it easier or more positive! The facility was very clean and organized and there was always a cart accessible for us to use to move in and out. Units were closely monitored and I always felt very safe. We will likely need a storage unit in our new hometown, and I will certainly choose Extra Storage Space!

Brian was extremely helpful and friendly, answered all my questions and was just generally just a nice guy!

Staff was very nice and informative. I picked the wrong move in day and they were able to fix the problem immediately. Storage is a nice fit for my 3BDR house with large basement and garage.

Just started an RV storage space here. The people in the office were very friendly and nice! Place has security cameras and is very well taken care of. Great pricing. Paved parking lot with easy access.

Great facility. A size and shape for any need! Great specials! Jenn and Brian were wonderful. Jenn was knowledgeable and patiently showed me the various choices. Love the climate controlled environment and LOVE that they have flat bed carts to use!

The staff and especially the man that was working, I believe his name was Bryan was so helpful and took his time explaining the answers to all of my questions. He also showed me the different sizes so i could compare them in person. Thank you so much!

Clean units and easy access, Lisa was extremely helpful and accommodating, The units are temperature controlled without paying extra unlike other storage companies, I recommend Extra Storage
