First time purchasing a unit and purchasing one here. I experienced beyond outstanding customer service from Mr. Berry who was filling in for a coworker. He made my daughter and I feel very comfortable, he was a absolute gentleman, and explained everything in detail, made sure I got the right size unit and answered any questions I had. Friendly staff, Does not accommodate people that need access after 10PM though so if you work late or race cars like I do, find somewhere else to rent from

Outstanding customer service. Victor helped answer all of my concerns, noticed there was a problem with the gate but victor reassured me someone was coming to work it out same day, if not by Monday to repair. Most companies in general don't give this kind of quality so to see it from a storage unit is outstanding thanks again Victor.

I have a good unit but I lack having a light inside to look at my stuff. The units in the climate control outside each unit does not have quite enough light to see what you have. Security is good even with the high prices.

Place is older than I expected. Not very secure due to outdated and deteriorating fencing along back wall and most likely the reason you are forced to purchase insurance for your stuff.

I've been with this site for over a year now and I'm really happy with it. Secure, economical and very helpful as well as friendly. Tina really helped me out just recently when I had a question about billing. She answered all my questions and did what it took to keep me as a customer. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage location.
