Had some questions, talked with Nate (?) He was so very helpful in answering my concerns and questions. He was great.

First you should know they use an algorithm to continuously change your rental and it only ever goes up. Mine went up 25% within 2 weeks of moving in.
To move out you go the App and tell them the date you are vacating. Two days after confirming I was leaving they took a whole months payment via automatic payment
and refuse to refund or prorate.
No transparency and completely inappropriate in terms of charges for the services.

Excellent and friendly service. Nathan expeditiously resolved my gate code in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Nathan for future encounters.

Lakenda and savanna were the best I never had a storage lakenda was able to assist and recommend the perfect size unit though the site didn't have any availability she suggested a sister site and lakenda processed everything quickly they were friendly and funny thank you both for your help

We ran out of room in our vehicle to move our daughter out of her apt for 6 weeks. Contacted Extra Space Storage and although they were closed we were still able to get a rental unit in a matter of minutes via phone and email! So happy!

The unit is fine, the gate is secure. These things are plenty satisfactory. But the price of the unit has increased over $100 in the last few months, so we now owe more than $300 every month. For a storage unit. We'd might as well get a bigger place at this point, and we got the little apartment we have because it's what we could afford. My husband and I are extremely frustrated.

Best price around that I could find online. It seems safe and secure. Renting from Lisa was like renting from a friend.
