Employee and manager were very courteous and it made the experience really nice i highly recommend this place. Would give them 6 stars if possible

The one on Snow road by Chevrolet boulevard they are truly truly awesome! The people that work there go out of their way to help you! Even if you're behind they will try to figure out something so that you don't have to move your stuff! The place is clean.if I can give them a 20 Stars I would! Their prices are reasonable probably the best in the Cleveland area they always have promotions going on. I think they realize that it's hard times so they go out of their way to make it affordable for everybody.

Amy was the best! Only thing bad I can say is that the lights come on sometimes then they don't. I broke a piece of furniture due to lack of lighting.

Not only is this the cleanest storage facility I have ever utilized (and ive had more than my fair share of units over the years), but the manager, Amy, handled my requests with empathy and compassion and in my humble opinion went above and beyond to accommodate my unique circumstances. I wish I had the option for 6th star. Because this facility and its staff are extraordinary! Seriously! I can't put to words how much I appreciate this facility and it's management!

I was in and out in a matter of maybe 15-20 minutes They were polite and informative. The storage was clean and the price was right.

I recently rented a unit at 12200 Snow Rd. In Parma, Ohio. The store manager, Amy Mitterling, was very, very helpful. She was courtesy, kind and went, what I feel was, beyond her duties as an employee of ExtraSpace Storage. I recommend this place and her very strongly.

Nathan was awesome and helped me out with my storage unit in a flash! 10/10 would recommend to my family and friends.

Amy helped me to transfer my small storage space to the next size and she was amazing. So friendly and really nice to work with. I wish all customer service people would have the devotion and helpfulness like she has for her job. Way to go, Amy!
