The whole Eye Care Professionals team was great! Everyone was very caring and went through everything step by step! I had a recommendation to there and was very happy! Dr. Miller and his team are excellent!

I have been going to this office for many years. Dr. Miller always takes the time to address any issues that I am having with my vision until we are both completely satisfied. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth the drive in from Granville for my appointments!

I got new glasses this time as well as contacts. Can I just say the person helping to pick out frames is awesome! She knows what she is doing and even called other staff over for their opinions. Never a bad word about this place and the staff!

They cheated me by not letting me know that my insurance doesn’t work even just before the appointment and made me pay out of pocket for the visit. They would have told me and I would have cancelled the appointment and would have sorted my insurance thing. Their business is important to them.
