Eyecare on the Square, Cincinnati OH

LOVE it here. Everyone is so nice, they have such a cute selection of frames! I do not live anywhere close to this office, but the superb service makes the drive worth it.

EOTS treats you as a valued patient and not as another number in the waiting room. The space is lovely and welcoming. The staff is helpful and engaged. They care about helping you. Dr. Rose is a refreshing blend of enthusiasm, warmth and professionalism. She spends time assessing your eyesight and you know her recommendations are carefully considered. But she’s also an easy conversationalist who makes every visit with her not a task to check off of your list but a real pleasure.

There are so many great things I could say about this office. Every single employee I’ve interacted with has been nothing but caring and understanding. When I felt hopeless in my search for relief from dry eye, they gave me endless treatment options and a brighter outlook on the future. Recently I informed them of a hardship I’ve been dealing with and was surprised to find flowers at my doorstep from the EyeCare on the Square team. Truly made my day! Dr. Rose spent the time necessary to ensure that I understood each diagnostic procedure, that my prescription was accurate, that my contacts were the start to a perfect fit, and that the eye glasses I ordered will be spectacular. In addition, I have dry eyes. Dr. Rose emphasized the importance of the treatment plan she recommends. It is a holistic approach to my treatment, which I appreciate very much. I could not have asked for better care!

On a recent visit for our 4 year old daughter, we were filled with anxiety and fear. Unfortunately, she was determined to be extremely farsighted. Fortunately, the ladies at Eye Care on The Square handled everything with delicate and emapthetic concern and eased our/my irrational fears (as I tear up writing this;). The friendly staff at Eyecare on the Square exceeds my expectations each and every time I visit. From contact lenses to frame fitting they have knocked it out of the park for me. Dr. Rose and Dr. Cartwright truly care for their patients and are extremely passionate about the health of their eyeballs!

Dr. Rose and Dr. Cartwright have both been extremely thorough in helping me with my eye problems. I have a condition that causes me to see double when I’m driving, and they take plenty of extra time with me to get my prism glasses prescription just right so everyone is safer when I’m out there on the road. Besides that, they always make me feel like family, and you just don’t find that many places these days.

I really enjoyed my appointment today! I knew it was time for a check up because I was really straining to see far away and was getting random headaches. It was clean in the office and the lady at the front desk was friendly when I walked in. I really like Dr. Rose! She was great at answering questions and assuring that my eyes were still healthy despite me not wearing glasses for so long!
