Eyemart Express, Columbus OH

Excellent service and great people! Got my glasses less then 2weeks. Absolutely love this place excellent prices too!

This is a very busy store, but the staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ve been shopping here for the last several years and have been very happy with the service provided.

I was helped by associate Kynteja M
in the North office on Morse Rd. From the very beginning of me entering the store, she was amazing. And when I told her what I needed help with, she went above and beyond the call. I had a situation where I needed glasses made for my Son who's incarcerated and she was so helpful, and showed empathy. She really made me feel ok about the situation. Kevin was helpful as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff and both pair were ready prior to their estimated time-line.

I had the best experience at the eyemart on Morse rd. I was helped by Kynteja and she was the absolute best! She made sure I was confident and comfortable with a pair of glasses that I wanted and looked good on me instead of just trying to sell me something. I now wear my glasses everyday, instead of contacts, simply because she made sure I got a pair that made me feel confident in my appearance. Kynteja definitely needs a raise and I would insist everyone seeks her out when going.

This store stays busy but they take their time to provide each customer great one on one customer service.

Staff was super nice and knowledgeable. The only negative thing is they do not have enough staff to handle the amount of customers they get so very long wait times.

Great place to get my glasses. They're very pleasant and friendly employees. Most of all they were very patient with me! I can never make up my mind. Thanks for all the help.

The customer service was great. The only thing I would change is the poor girl was by her self. She was rocking it, but she was all by her self and you would have a wait list of 10 deep for her to get to as fast as she could, and it was hard for her, but she rocked it.
