Told me they were applying my credit when they didn't and I was charged over double than what they told me.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in decades. I get better service at Burger King in the ghetto

Products are nice but the shipping is slow. I don’t understand why there’s always a delay and orders aren’t sent complete.

Absolutely terrible customer service, cancelled my entire order and then cancelled my account, I would never use this company again

Fabletics is even better in the new bigger location! Now it's more wheelchair friendly and no longer sweltering hot. Manager, assist, sales are all super friendly and helpful. Oasis leggings are great. They don't lose their shape after a few washes and last quite awhile. Twist front and everyday adjustable bra are comfty for all day wear!

Edited to add that my husband told me this morning I should give a raving review to the kenwood fabletics for their superb customer and treating me as a human not a "less than" or pitiful because I use wheels to get around instead of my legs & feet. By far Kenwood fabletics is the best shopping experience no matter your body type or ability.

The new location is wonderful! So my wife and I stopped in late Friday night. It was less than an hour before closing. We were greeted by the manager. She absolutely went above and beyond to help my wife with questions, explaining every item and the type of compression, sizing.etc. What a pleasant experience! This manager knows how to provide exceptional service. Thank you! We will be back!

SCAM! Do not waste your time with the company, 100% scam. If you have credits/money you have already spent with them and you forget to skip the month, you have to pay $60 to get the money you already paid for!
It’s an obvious scam because
- the website is very very horrible to use and never ever works
- the app always crashes and they make it very difficult to use and find the skip month
- you have to pay taxes and shipping that is not included in the $60 credits they hope you forget to skip
- the customer service chat feature never works and the send button for messages conveniently for them disappears when they basically tell you, “sorry, we told you and even sent you an email to skip so sorry about your luck so give us more money so we can give you your money back”.

The product is not worth the garbage service and will forever warn people how much of a scam this company is. Byeee

I am absolutely obsessed with Fabletics! I have bought many items from them and every single one has lived up to their standard. I am a personal trainer and where leggings almost constantly; by far these are my favoriteI am so impressed with the quality of each item! I have a couple pair that are still in amazing shape two years later and I wear them all the time. I am also very impressed with their customer service over the phone. All representatives are extremely polite and helpful. At the end of every call they ask if there is anything else they can help with and they even ask permission to put you on hold if needed! I will recommend Fabletics to anyone!

If you forget to "skip" a month in the VIP member program, they charge you $55. This is an issue by itself but it is compounded by the fact that they dont allow you to actually use the money you are charged. You can apply the "credit" to an item for the month but you cant use it across two items even if both are less than the $55 they charged you. You'll end up paying $55 for an item that would normally cost $30 most of the time.
