We always have the best experience with Michael K at Facet! He is absolutely the best at jewelry repair, assistance and information on a piece of jewelry. He has helped me with resizing, repair, and rebuilt the mounts on my engagement ring. Always satisfied with his work. I even own a few pieces of beautiful jewelry he made. He definitely goes above and beyond to keep a customer happy and coming back!

When in with my wife to look for a ring for her. Was in there for 10 minutes and not even one person come up to introduce themselves to us or ask we needed any help. Had $5000 cash in hand to spend. If you are in business to make money then you need to make yourself available for when customers come in.

Facet is the worst place to go. I brought a laptop, brand new and the guy at the counter said they could only resell for 200.00, they gave us $60.00. Not even worth the trade. But we traded it anyways. Walked until there a few weeks later and it was selling for $350.00. Not only did they lie but they ripped us off. Never again will I go there.

This isnt your stereotypical pawn shop. Giant, clean, and uncluttered showroom full of new and used stuff. I go there for their guns and have been getting deals on them since back when they were in the old strip mall. I go to a LOT of gun stores and shows, and most of their prices are better or comparable to any other store or show in the tri state. They have a couple knowledgeable gun guys there, but everyone who works there is really nice and always willing to work a deal!

Great service! Got a 32 inch T. V.and Bose soundbar for less than $200.00, also the staff were very friendly.

I had a great experience hear everyone was very helpful they have a good variety of jewelry, tools, musical instruments, TVs, bows, and guns all at good prices I just wish I knew they had guns I had drove by this place every day over a year before I finally stopped in but glad I did the new guy Charles helped me find exactly what I wanted at a price that was unexpectedly cheaper than I thought it would be.

I love the handmade jewelry by Michael kelch. And he is so knowlegable about so many things. And provides great customer service he really cares that you leave happy.

The people at Facet Jewelry and Pawn are very nice and very helpful. They work with you and try to give you a decent price for whatever you are pawning. You can either sell your item or they will loan you the money and give your item back when you repay the loan. They also have a wide selection of items for sale and it's fun to shop for a good deal.

I walked in to a floor of roughly four employs, had to walk halfway around the store just to be greeted by the only employ actively busy. Both elder men at the counter had little patience to deal with me. Without consideration all but one item I had been price checked in the parking lot, before entering on a multiple of sites. I was beyond low balled. Sour taste about the facet pawn shop in Milford, rated two stars solely because of the jewelers effort when each other fell unexpectedly subpar. Business is business, though deceitful manipulation of their clientele is obviously unpunished leaving questions in terms of facets ethical values.

I love these guys. They are compassionate with your reasons and caring. I walk in crying come out laughing!

I have shopped there twice now. They have some great deals here. Jesse is great to deal with and was very helpful and patient. Before shopping here I have never made a purchase at a Pawn Shop because most of them are over priced. I found Facets to be just the opposite. Keep up the good work. I will be back to make more purchases. I plan to buy a couple of the Sccy handguns for my wife and I soon. I will ask Jesse.

Lost several items I had in pawn. Would call monthly to make a payment to secure my items. Assumed I was paying on all items. Even asked if all my things were safe for the month. Went in last week to get my belongings back and learned some pawns were forfeited. Don't pawn things u absolutely want back. I no longer have my wedding ring.

I was getting rid of some old items. Just as a test took in some small items in see how they do business. They are totally dishonest. They were nice enough to offer coupons. No thank you, I don't need it. I will take all my other items across town. Failed

I purchased an I pad, when I got it home it had some technical problems I called they said "bring it in we'll fix it, exchange it or refund it" went back and they replaced it. No problems. All of the staff was kind and courteous even down to giving my daughter an extra suckers for the road. The jewelry selection was huge and even some original crafted pieces. As a first timer they definitely made a great first impression I'll definitely be buying here again!

This place is continually a disappointment the staff are inconsistent with their pricing and honestly it is hard for me to understand how they sleep at night there's no such thing as a regular customer.the staff are rude and are run by geriatric idiots don't even go here I heard you don't even go here it's a dump

No one wants to be "that customer" but there I was, dangling on the precipice of loss, my Nikon D90 and ES-175 about two hours from new homes, whining to Manny about obsolete grace periods and other nonsense when I witnessed the customer service that brings me to Facet and nowhere else. You can tell when a place cares and the folks at Facet do. Thank you!
