Racist against gym shorts and only got to swim for 20 minutes before they blew the whistle 1 hour and a half before they close

Do not go here. The lifeguards are unprofessional, untrained and allows children to get threatened by an adult and then proceeded to kick out the kids instead the old man who threatened to kill them for splashing water on him. Not family friendly and dangerous if they allow these things to happen.

The worst swimming pool I've been to literally ever.got threatened by grown adults and the head lifeguard said it was a "he said, she said" situation.completely unprofessional and not safe.

This place is a joke. If you want to have fun and actually enjoy yourselves, don’t go here. Where do I begin? You cannot bring any food or drink at all of your own and yes they check your bags. You cannot flip, spin, turn, or literally anything other than walk off diving board. Right there that takes the fun out of diving. You cannot give your kid a piggy back in the water, but they will let kids throw footballs all around you. Overpriced and low quality food at their concessions. Really wish this place would lighten up its just swimming. You have taken the fun out of it completely. Lifeguards are constantly blowing whistles and telling everyone what they CANT do. We refuse to go back because we actually want to have fun and now feel like we in boot camp. Lighten up!

I am never returning to this pool again, and I URGE YOU to choose a different pool. I will begin swimming at the Springdale Rec Center. Today, a group of children were being threatened by a group of adults threatening to "take them outside and kill them. " The staff handled this situation by slandering the group of kids and calling a security member to remove these kids (maybe 12-16 in age?) and leaving the adults alone. Both groups ended up leaving but the children continued to be mocked and verbally attacked outside the gate while being completely unsupervised by anyone that could protect them. I will never trust this place and for my safety I am choosing to swim elsewhere.

The lap lane was difficult to swim laps as there were kids and adults standing around in it and kids swimming and crossing through it. The lifeguards seemed not to notice or ignored it.

Very rude staff lifeguards were super rude and very unprofessional very disappointed and I won't be back would rather travel a further distance then to put up with the disrespect you can't even have fun here

The kids and I had a blast the life guards are just doing their jobs, weren't mean in my opinion!

Was told we wasn't allowed in because my kids only had shorts and not swimming trunks. Very upsetting this has never happened anywhere before.

The pool is really nice that's why we go but the lifeguards are very very rude and are super strict and it seems like lately everytime we go we have a bad experience due to lifeguards so we won't be back due to that but there is a very good pool called greenhills swimming pool and they are super friendly and even though it's a further drive we have way more fun because the staff is so much nicer!

We've been to this pool twice and while the pool is nice, you won't have a good time regardless because the majority of the lifeguards are extremely rude! Every interaction I saw them have with anyone was snotty and rude completely unnecessarily. For example, kids running or even just walking quickly out of excitement not being told to "stop running" or "slow down" instead being screamed at "WALK" in an extremely hateful voice. My kid got screamed at to "STOP DOING THAT" for trying to burp in her brother's ear! And not because he wanted her to stop, he was laughing and they were being goofy! Adults and kids constantly being scolded every 10 seconds for normal pool activities. Just overall an unfriendly environment. Not to mention the entrance fee is pretty pricey, you can't bring your own snacks or drinks, your bags are searched, the dress code is strict and the rules are way overboard and unlike any pool I've ever been to. We for sure won't be back, definitely not up for dropping a small fortune to have a bad time again.

This is a very nice place to go swim on a sunny day. There are splash pads, a waterslide, diving board, and a huge pool. They have restrooms for changing rooms and even a concession stand! There are two issues that I do have with this place though. Number one, maybe they should add another water slide? I am a very huge fan of waterslides, and it is kind of a little bit boring just for a little short blue water slide. Maybe they should add a bigger one and maybe an enclosed slide? ! Number two, ;this is more of the main issue.) That is the lifeguards are kind of too strict. You get yelled at for splashing, walking too fast, or even just using your goggles in the wrong places. I mean, what if you have to run back because somebody is stealing your phone in your pool bag. Like what the heck!? They definitely need to have a nicer staff. I don’t know who is the manager of this place. I don’t know if she/he knows that their staff is really rude. But if you do not like mean staff, this is not the place for you.

I wish the business would respond and confirm these two issues. But I was looking at the other reviews, and I don’t see that they are common to respond. This would make me feel a little bit better when it comes to the staff and the equipment.

My fiancé and I went there last weekend and the life guards are very very rude and way to strict. All he could do was literally walk off the diving board. If he bounced more than once or landed in the water wrong he got whistled and yelled at. He couldn’t even swim over into another pool area without getting whistled and yelled at because it was the “wrong” way to exit. We’re there to swim and have a good time and the life guards made it impossible. I felt like I couldn’t even walk around without being yelled at for some ridiculous reason. We are grown adults we don’t need to be yelled at by 16 year old life guards who are on a power trip for simply just swimming.

I’m a senior citizen and I’ve been going to Fairfield aquatic center for years and never had an issue with the concession stand until today. 12: 33 (sign says open at 12: 30 they didn’t open until all 12: 55). I approached the window asked to buy a ice water was told they couldn’t sell me any only bottled which would be fine if I hadn’t been here 2 days ago and purchased it. She was VERY rude when I told her I purchased one Wednesday. She said I have no bottom for that! I don’t know where you get your employees but in this heat that very disrespectful
