Quick, fair and very friendly service. No problems. The guy who complained about paying $40 for the recycled batteries should've double checked instead of whining.

My husband went straight from work with a truck bed and trailer full to find they had the gates shut and locked. They say the close at 5. My husband arrived before 4: 30. Extremely inconvenienced by hauling it to work from Rushville to Pickerington to go to Lancaster after and find they were not open for business as they say. Do we try again tomorrow? Or will he haul all this to find they will once again be closed. The don't answer their phones. Extremely frustrating.

This place does nothing but lie to customers and steal money from them! Joe Taylor is the rudest maneger a company could ever employ its actually disgusting how rude he is

My business generates a large amount of scrap brass that we had brought here a couple times. The first time they gave us a fair price and normal value. The second time we came through they classified half the brass as dirty and gave us half the price for it. And they dumped it all into the containers before telling us so we couldn't get it back to take somewhere else.

The new location is very easy and convenient to get to! For me, it's not about the money you get back as much as it is that there is a place in Fairfield County to recycle metal of all kind rather than fill up our landfills. They take just about every kind of metal. If you gave an entire truckload of steel, for example, you can drive onto the scales, then they unload for you and you drive back onto the scales so they can get the net weight. Other items like pop cans get put on a smaller scale. You can bring cars, old washing machines, old department store picturing/shelving, tire rims and they now buy coins of specific dates and denominations. You must be 18 or older with an ID. They take your picture each time you visit. I've always been treated with respect and have had next to no wait time!

Low ball you, go anywhere else. These people are very rude, you can't see what your metals weigh, you just take what they give you. NEVER AGAIN!
