15I've never had a bad stay here. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and most of all the people are the nicest people you'll meet!
We arrived later than we had anticipated, but check in was quick. It was raining, so I went in with our baby and waited in the lobby while my husband parked our car. The front desk staff were friendly, especially for it being around midnight. There were enough towels and pillows for our family in the room, and everything was clean and nice. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful the next morning, which was greatly appreciated with three kids, and the staff working were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.
Fairfield’s can be hit and miss, but this one knocked it out of the park. Super clean. King rooms can with their own separate sitting area like springhill does, large bathrooms with extended countertops, and friendly service.
Very nice hotel. Breakfast selection was kinda ehh. Staff was friendly and they cleaned our room everyday which was nice.
Wonderful facilities and beautify rooms. The service was superb. I wish I could give more than 5 stars
The hotel itself is very new and well kept and some of the staff was amazing, the morning breakfast attendant especially. The experience I encountered after checkout was quite frustrating. I forgot my toiletries and medicine in the bathroom upon departure, I completely take responsibility and when I finally got to my next destination it was later in the evening (6pm) I called in hopes they had found it. I was informed the housekeeping was gone for the day and nothing was in the lost and found at the front desk. I was told to call after 8am and ask for the head of housekeeping. I did as instructed in hopes someone did the right thing and turned it in and the front desk told me the head of housekeeping was busy but would call in 15 min or so……… 90 min later I called back only to be told they were still looking into it and would get back to me. After two more hourly phone calls and being told they were doing “due diligence” and would be searching until 3pm I had pretty much lost hope. They guaranteed me they would call at 3pm to let me know either way. After 3pm I once again called and asked the new front desk employee and was finally told it couldn’t be located and that they were “just about to call me”. Facility is quite nice but customer service and honest was horrible! Never to return
Rooms a bit noisy, breakfast food just okay. The pool, gym, lobby and common areas were all very clean.
The staff were excellent and friendly. They kept our rooms clean and sanitized every day of our stay. They accommodated our request for adjoining rooms without issue. Thank you so much for a nice stay
Staff was courteous, room was clean, and breakfast was great. This was one of the better Fairfield Inns I have stayed at. I will be sure to return if I need a place to stay in Marietta in the future.

Recently stayed here and was very impressed with the friendliness of the front desk and overall cleanliness of this Fairfield. So much so, that I have booked 2 stays in August for my husband.
I was hoping to get a survey from the hotel so I could give them rave reviews! First and foremost I have to compliment their front desk worker, named Jared. He was AMAZING, fantastic customer service. Friendly when we checked in and then when we had an issue, he fixed it immediately and with no questions. The breakfast in the morning was great, actual food and hot! The view from the back is wonderful (and we were there in March so I imagine it will get even better) there's a beautiful deck in the back overlooking a bluff. Great location.
The staff was very professional and polite. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The beds were a little firm for my liking, but I didn't wake up with a back ache. The hot tub was out if order which was a bummer. The pool was nice and warm and plenty of towels available. I would definitely recommend and I will choose this place over the other places in Marietta for my next stay.
They would have gotten a five star rating, If it wasnt for the fact that the guy said hot tub was down never said anything about a pool being down. Then the washer was not working. Also there was a almost gone bottle of hotel lotion left in our room. It was very friendly service very clean service hot breakfast was great I enjoyed myself and can't wait to do it again
