Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chillicothe, OH

Made a Doordash delivery here and the staff was a great help telling me where I need to go they were very polite and helpful

It is a great place to stay.
Everything for 5-stars
They give us the extra bed for our children.

The staff at the hotel was exceptional! From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast bar team, they were the nicest employees – so kind and positive. I was there for two days and around the clock everyone was very hospitable. The property was very clean and I understand they are in the middle of renovating even though it’s very nice. I will stay here again!

This Marriott is the exact reason we always look for them on our travels. From the exceptional front desk person to the clean comfortable rooms. Great job

Zero stars. Horrible customer service. Asked for a late check out and was denied. Asked why and was told because of room availability. Walked out to the parking lot and there were no cars. Was asked if we would like our receipt and my wife said "no thanks, I'm going to forward the invoice to my Marriot representative" and the manager in the back room laughed.

I hope you realize that you work in hospitality and your job is customer service.

What you don't realize is that my wife is an executive assistant and books travel for a living for big wig executives at a huge tech company in silicon valley. I travel for a living and come to Chillicothe every summer from California to visit my family here. I stay at this hotel every summer and have not once ever in my life been denied a late checkout here or at any other hotel that I've ever been to.

So I hope doing that was worth this review here and everywhere else I'm going to post this and we will be contacting her Marriot representative about this today.

Wonderful breakfast, super comfy bed, netflix, giant shower, and super clean. 10/10 would stay again.live, laugh, fair field by marriott!

This is a great location. Clean rooms, nice staff, great location, and low rates.what's not to like?

Rooms were really nice and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and everyone was like family! I would come back next time Im in the area. Thank you Fairfield Inn for a very pleasant experience!

My staid at the hotel was great! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly, especially Brady @ the front desk and Rhonda at the breakfast section.

The hotel was nice, but I had a bad experience due to being racially profiled by one of the staff members at the front desk on the evening of March 17th.

My wife had gone in to get us a room while my daughter and I waited in the car. My wife is white and I am black. After she secured a room we packed up our stuff so that my wife a d daughter could take it up while I parked our vehicle. When I entered I was met with initially with what I thought was a pleasant greeting (there were three people at the front desk). I spoke back and then the same woman who greeted me asked if I needed help finding something in what sounded like "I am not sure you are supposed to be here. " I asked "yes, where is the elevator? " And she said something to the effect of "is there something I can help you with? " I replied that I was trying to get to my room since my wife had JUST checked in. She then tried to play it off and said that she was just asking how she could help.

This is the first time this has ever happened to me at a hotel. It ruined my experience.

I later had to go back out to my vehicle to retrieve something that I had forgotten. When re-entered one of the other folks who was at the desk tried to greet me nicely. I just gave her and Ms Profiler the stink eye and went to my room.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, easy access from the highway. Always enjoy my stays here.

When you walk in there is always a smiling face. This Hotel is extremely clean and full of great helping staff.
Everyone is kind and they always have a smile. Plus the Hotel has everything you need. The gym is opened 24hrs plus the pool is heated and hot coffee/tea all day and night. Welllll hmmmm, let's, please request that your comforter be changed because they do NOT CHANGE THEM, I know I worked there a few weeks, Jennifer needs to learn to take people to the side instead of blasting them for not liking the way they are and there personality.

Clean, comfortable. Very nice shower. And excellent breakfast: cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon, Turkey sausage, hard boiled eggs, bagels, donuts, yogurt, cereal, fruit

Everyone here are so professional and helpful. Plus the girls at the front desk are so nice and will always have a smile on their faces. Great place!

I really enjoy staying here when I visit Chillicothe. The rooms are very clean the staff is friendly and accommodating. I travel the country on business. I really appreciate the grill that is provided. I stay for weeks at a time I really get tired of every meal I eat coming from a restaurant.

Literally the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Check in & out were super easy. Loved the fire pit outside! The girl who works 2nd shift - I believe her name was Tracy was AMAZING. Super helpful and friendly. The other front desk staff was great as well! Would definitely recommend to friends & family & plan to stay again for my next trip! The room was super clean. The have excellent shower products. Everything was fully stocked. Plenty of towels. Bed was super comfy: just an all around great stay!

Hotel was nice and staff was very friendly. The shower head water pressure wasn't great, but am happy they offer shampoo/conditioner/body wash
