Fairhill Gardens Apartments, Shaker Heights OH

I have lived here for almost four years and though there have been a few instances serious enough to involved the police I have had not had the experiences to the extent I read about in the reviews. I have had no bugs, maintainance is fair, my neighbor was locked out of her apartment & as far as I know she was not charged. With the return of the students & new families things are quieting down again. Even with Corona there has been quite a bit of renovation, parking lot resurfing & new floodlights. Yes, you pay for location, but I like how convenient it is to my job, the bus & rail, & now driving several shopping areas.

I’ve been here since April 1st & Ms Missy she’s great! Every time I call for something they are on it. I see spiders here & there but nothing crazy. I love my lil apartment got just me & my girls.

This property has roaches the leasing office is grimy the maintenance especially the one by the name of Reggie never fixes anything he has to be someone Niece and don’t get locked out they will charge u 75 dollars to get back in I wouldn’t even tell my enemies to move here.
