Dr Parisi is great but the office staff are either overwhelmed or don’t are a bit about their patients. They leave a message to call them about test results but never answer the phone after that. I’m surprised the physicians put up with such uncaring staff.

First - Dr Parisi is great.

Unfortunately, since becoming part of Pioneer Physicians Network, the office has become complete garbage.

I called to make an appointment, sat on hold, then when it was "my turn" to speak with someone, I was forwarded to a message service. I left a message and never received a call back. I did this two times before I realized it was time to find a new doctor.

The last time I was in to see Dr Parisi, I sat in the waiting room for an hour, then another 15-20 minutes in the doctors office.
I spoke with a man who was also waiting to see the same doctor as I was, and his appointment was scheduled 15 minutes before mine.

They are over scheduling and understaffed.
The desk / office staff are empty uniforms.

Getting someone to answer the phone is a circus. They don’t answer the phone in any type of timely manner and automatically kick you to the answering service even after you’ve waited on hold for 10 minutes being “only 1 in the queue ahead of you” b.s. The doctors are cool but god i hate coming here for anything other than a routine checkup bc it’s impossible to get in touch. On top of that front desk staff tends to be rude and unhelpful.

This doctor’s office is amazing. The drs actually listen and take the time to get to the bottom of what’s wrong. The front desk staff, and the nurses are all very friendly and do their best to be accommodating. Just like everywhere else in life you have to wait your turn, and sometimes they are busy or backed up. Be patient, bring a book, look out the window. It will be your turn before you know it.

Doctors are fine. Don't try to call for ANYTHING unless you want to spend the first half of your day on hold, then the second half on hold again after being transferred.after they messed up my prescriptions.
