I’m so glad I found Faithful Friends! Getting my first dog is a big step with a lot of unknowns, and they were so kind and thorough at our first appointment. Cameron was especially wonderful, so sweet with both Sami and I, and very prompt with a couple of promised follow-ups! I was also very impressed with the office set-up and cleanliness. Highly recommend.

Dr. Luke Haver was excellent, very kind, although I don’t speak so much English, he agreed very sympathetically to explain everything to me with a translator; his assistant was also wonderful. They were very kind to Zeus and I liked that; so far I will continue with them as the main veterinarians

Look, if your pet/s are afraid of visiting the vet or getting their nails cut, then you're at the wrong place. Bring them here to the Faithful Friends Vet! You can even grab a bite to eat next door or sit and wait with your pups. They have the pleasant staff you want with an affordable price you need!

Dr. Hoffmann is very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable, and all the techs and office staff I have interacted with have been wonderful as well! My dog has seen Dr. Henricks before as well, and he is also a very caring, informative vet. I would definitely recommend this practice - 10/10!

I have brought my Siberian Husky, Bear to Faithful Friends since the day I got her as a puppy. She’s 5 years old now, and STILL gets excited to come to the vet. I have recommended Faithful Friends to all my friends who have gotten a puppy, and my fiancé brings his dog here as well.

I could rave about the quality of care Bear has received for hours, but to put it short and sweet, the entire staff is incredible.

The staff was super friendly! The doctor was very informative and willing to listen to any needs I may have had regarding my pet. Really enjoy the one-on-one connection and care they show to our four-legged family member!

I got a dog from Pet Smart (Sallie) a Dalmatian, unfortunately, she had Parvo, and but the vet was absolutely amazing, sending me texts all through out the nights while Sallie tried to fight the good fight. I could tell these vets really care about animals.

My new dog (Lulu) is very healthy and will forever be a patient of Faithful Friends.

We were shocked and taken by surprise how Louie took to the staff. We were obviously concerned he would be a troubled patient when it came to clipping his nails. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and informative. Dr. Hedrick was amazing with our pup and extremely helpful giving us extra tips to help ease our puppy training! He answered all of our questions and we left feeling very confident in our choice of veterinarians for our boy Gus!

The Faithful Friends nurse technician was very nice and took great care of my dog, Stella. And when I thought I had dropped my gloves in the parking lot, I called the office and Lauren went outside to look to see if the gloves were on the ground. Thank you both for your help - it is a wonderful veterinary practice with friendly people!

Had a great first visit with my new pup! Dr. Hoffmann was so loving, caring, and attentive. She spent a good amount of time and answered my questions. My dog, loved her! Vet techs were also very informative, accommodating and knowledgeable. My pup did great and enjoyed her visit.

Overall the team was very helpful and caring. They kept us updated with the procedure my dog was having. The cost was more on the pricey side especially when there is no insurance or discount. Appreciate all the care and effort to keep my doggie healthy.

I wouldn’t recommend Faithful Friends to literally anyone, especially if you have an anxious pet. In my three years of seeing this vet, and it was 3 years too many, I have had nothing but a hard time. Every time I take my pets, I end up leaving with a huge charge and the team not even doing what was scheduled. They’ve misdiagnosed my brother’s dog with cancer. Somehow they continue to raise the prices and the services only get worse. I’ve never seen a vet want to sedate an animal every time they’re seen, but Faithful Friends loves to do it. If I could give 0 stars, i would.
