Falcon Health Center reviews
16Providers were very friendly and helpful. I had to wait almost an hour for a 3 minute test and there was no one else in the waiting room when I came in. MA did not wear gloves when swabbing me for strep and NP also did not wear gloves when examining me. NP at least washed her hands. MA just used hand sanitizer.
This is the best place I have been to in Northern OHIO! Phenomenal bed side manner! They actually listen to the patient! I will return when needed. Excellent with children
I had decided I really needed a doctor's opinion about my knee, a fall on concrete, and staff were very helpful and quickly diagnosed condition and treatment. I appreciate the help when my GP wasn't able to see me.
Friendly and knowledgeable and quick. Was a good visit all around. Was in and out in less than 45 min.
Super sweet, friendly and welcoming staff. I was just there for a quick covid test but they really that made my day.
Everyone was polite and made sure I had all information I needed to understand what I had to do in order to take care my situation. They made me feel comfortable.
I arrived with an urgently painful heel and was pleased to be seen reasonably quickly. After an exam I was given an xray and a prescription to help alleviate the pain. I was very happy to have this service available without a long appointment delay.
The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Amanda was very thorough and able to help me with my back problems. She followed up in a few days to see how I was doing.
I was in and out with very little wait time. Nurse explained things well and lab staff memeber was very kind and efficient.
They were very nice. I have bad anxiety when visiting doctors. They made me feel welcome and at ease. They nurse and the doctor were very pleasant. Thank you for you kind care.
I appreciate the ability to walk in for care. I was able to be seen, and get the prescribed meds in the same location.
I feel the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns, gave me a thorough exam, and prescribed exactly what I needed to get rid of my illness. I will definitely use the Falcon Health Center again.
Everyone was pleasant caring and polite. I still left feeling like I wasted their time and energy. I just wanted to make sure I didn't get worse.
Went in for covid testing, took a little longer than I expected but everyone was polite and helpful.
Very great experience in a timely manner along with Warm people that care about what the are doing for you. I went to the women's Care center. I didn't know it was there. I saw the nurse practitioner that was there she was absolutely wonderful they also did my test and blood work for me while I was there and if I would have needed a prescription they offered to have that available by the time I probably left. So I will be back to the falcon health center. They're a great place to go get help! Thank you to falcon health for being there to help so many people!
The Falcon Health Center Urgent Care and Pharmacy are very hit or miss. The urgent care has not forward or provided results from any COVID tests I’ve come in for over the last 2 years, and their front desk staff is incredibly rude, snippy and unprofessional. I’ve been misdiagnosed multiple times for minor illnesses/infections, and I end up having to go to a different doctor to get proper treatment.
Their pharmacy posts hours on their website that don’t line up with when they are actually open, and I have shown up multiple times when they are supposed to be open, but they are actually closed. This is very frustrating, because the second floor services like behavioral health have a fantastic staff and are far more organized and polite to patients. As a student, it is very disappointing to not want to go to an Urgent Care or pharmacy that is conveniently located on campus because the service is inadequate.
