Best Ice Cream Sundae we have had in YEARS! Great/Cute Location.
We continue to keep coming back and it is still one of our Favorite Ice Cream Sundaes ever! Highly Recommend coming here for dessert. Such a cute location. Couple seats outdoor to sit and enjoy overall.

Falls Ice Cream is absolutely amazing. There are so many different flavors, including sorbets and dairy free options that taste great. The ambiance and environment of the historic Olmsted Falls district is a fantastic spot to sit and enjoy some ice cream. They have outdoor seating and the prices are very reasonable for the shear quantity of ice cream you receive.

Pretty solid ice cream (raspberry truffle flavor was on point). Prices are a little steep.

This place has some of the best ice cream I've had in a while. Everyone liked what they picked. Just be careful, I could barely finish my single cone.

Great place to sit down and grab some ice cream. Great location and ice cream is super! My complaint being the staff is not very friendly. When asked what size I wanted the lady keep pointing to the cup saying “it’s right here! ” We were also giving a cone holder and was using it for a while, after a few minutes they came back out seeming mad saying “we need this back! ” As if I wasn’t going to give it back?

Lots of non dairy options for those lactose intolerant. Tried 2 so far and they were both delicious! Highly recommend this place

Love that there is vegan options, it's all so good. Only wish it was open later, I feel like they would make some serious money if open to 9 or 10.

Love this spot, usually there's a line because everyone knows how good it is but the wait is worth it. Unique sundae spot, benches to sit and enjoy or stroll around the area!

Nice little ice cream parlor serving Country Parlour flavors (locally made!). They've switched from inside service to window only, which is great and probably should've been done sooner. Located inside Grand Pacific Junction which is charming.

HOWEVER they sell a "non-dairy malt" shake which DOES CONTAIN DAIRY (they verified when I asked). If you are allergic to milk, or are vegan, please avoid!

Completely unprofessional management. No response was provided after emailing concerns over treatment of staff who are minors. Extremely disappointed in this establishment! I never want to bash a local business but seeing they wish to not address issues left me no choice. If anyone is interested I have print screens to backup the way teenage staff are rudely spoken to and threatened to have pay withheld because of the behaviors of a few unruly staff members.

My mom is @ a memory care facility near Falls Ice Cream. She really enjoys the chocolate ice cream there. It's a very special treat.

My family had a great experience tonight. While we waited in the short line, one of the workers handed a penny to each of my daughters and showed them where to wish in a nearby pond. Everyone loved the ice cream as well!

Sign says deli & candy. No more I guess. Good Ice cream. Nostalgia, I must have been ready for a sandwich. Great people.
