They admitted Dr. Billman shared my information and didn’t have medical release information! I had said I didn’t want my information disclosed because they are using telehealth and its not admissible in court! I told him this directly and he did still. I refused to talk to him longer than a few moments because I was there for basic testing! Not to speak. He got upset when I shut him down and said I was smarter than cps and him for not sharing information! Yup so basically they broke hippa and allowed it to go on!
Do not trust these people! They have a fraud of a want to be dr working there and for the right pay off he will talk $hit to everyone! He needs to retire and stop ruining lives. He told my dr I was manic over the phone. Gossip is a hippa violation, calls are a hippa violation, also sharing medical information is when he’s not my drs! I shut his a$$ down!
