I was seen here yesterday for the first time by Dr. Skupin. The whole staff was friendly and professional and I feel that Dr. Skupin was thorough and really cared about my problems, and listened well. I didn't feel like I was being rushed in any way.
Dr. Skyping is the best. She has amazing bedside manner. She is knowledgeable and kind. She spends ample time explaining things and answering questions.
Dr Skupin is very knowledgeable.
She was very detailed and thorough.
I felt taken care of.
I have been bamboozled worse than Bill Cosbys first victim. I was referred by Mercy (first mistake) assuming Family Allergy would not be as over priced as Mercy. The staff was very accommodating and very personable, when asked if there was any current issues besides allergies I stated "I believe I have a cold currently" and "it is affecting my breathing and I have been coughing constantly" being on the safe side Dr. Khan tested me for asthma. Abracadabra me a former College Rugby player, active weightlifter, Navy Veteran has allergy induced asthma, funny how that works. The original cost for being scratch tested and tested for asthma is just over $1600, my advice come with good insurance or ask for a detailed cost of services before making a appointment.
The whole staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The office is clean and well organized. About 1/2 way thru my 17 appts in 9 weeks, I accidentally showed up a day early for my shots (my mistake not their). I had taken my pre med so they graciously worked me in, which I was very thankful for. (That was at the Newport KY office). I usually go to the Milford OH office. Both sets of employees are super. Thanks for the excellent care.

This place is fantastic. I have made great progress in the treatment of my allergies. Dr. Skupin is caring and great at explaining treatment and adjusting things over time. Angie is the very best at the front desk. She remembers everything I tell her visit after visit. She does a great job! I highly recommend this team.
