I have worked with Family Bridges Home Care on many occasions. They handle the needs of their clients quickly and efficiently and provide excellent care to seniors. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate last-minute client requests even after-hours and on weekends. Would highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Family Bridges Team. They have a lot of resources, beyond caregiving. They are a wealth of information, and are always willing to do what is best for their clients and those in the aging community. Most recently, they added a new service: Independence Support Calls Program! What a wonderful and innovative idea! Your loved one receives a call on the days and at the time of their choosing. They speak with a health care professional who checks in on their well-being. The loved one is expecting the call and does their best to answer. If they are not reached, the professional tries again a couple more times. If they cannot reach your loved one, they turn the call over to a supervisor who tries a couple more times. If they cannot get in touch, they call the designated emergency number. It's like being there, especially when family is out of town or schedules don't align to a daily call. The service is inexpensive and a wonderful way to get peace of mind, for everyone! In this day when so many people do not have family close by, this service is a godsend!

Family Bridges celebrates 20 years of great service this June. They continue to be known for their excellent communication and their ability to handle emergencies. Plus, they always invent new ways to help seniors age in place, and adapt to the changing healthcare environment.

Seamless process. Michelle is outstanding with the families, she is able to explain what services will be offered in a way anyone can understand. They are quick to respond and Kendra runs a tight ship so all the shifts get covered and the family is notified, I highly recommend them as an option for you non medical needs. 10/ 10.

Was hired on as a full time caregiver. After 2 weeks into this position, the company informs me that my client’s prior caregiver was available again to take care of my client, due to her client passing away. I was supposed to go into work on Monday but noticed on that prior Thursday they took me off the schedule. When I called and asked on Friday, they informed me that it was nothing that I did and that the client had enjoyed me, but that they were giving my position to the former caregiver and that they had no open full time positions for me to take the place of what was mine. Very unprofessional behavior and I wouldn’t recommend working for them

Hello there my name is Talanna Tatum. I have been working with Family Bridges Home Care for one year now and I have to admit they have been wonderful to me! And Happily to say every client that I have worked with has been a joy in my life! I look forward to working with many many more clients in years to come… I do have to admit, as soon as I am assigned to someone, that is instantly my permanent client, they instantly fall in love, and I love that it just makes my day!

The team at Family Bridges is the absolute best! Each person there treated my husband with respect, with dignity and with loving care. When I called, they were always available, assuring me that I was not alone. I cannot say enough good things about them. I especially am grateful for Michelle Luken and her kindness and compassion as she helped care for my husband. I must say that, although Michelle was with us for a longer period, each caregiver who helped all shared wonderful qualities of care and compassion. The team at Family Bridges knows what to look for when they hire their employees. Again, they are the best! I am grateful and cannot thank them enough.

My mother gets care from them and I got to say the caregiver Shanta is extremely wonderful she takes such good care of my father and is so caring and compassionate I literally couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of him 10/10 I highly recommend this company
