11Employee’s closing the store in the middle of the day (3pm) for no reason. Not the first time. Corporate should shut this location down.
9AM on a friday and Im told they aren't open. I ask when do they open, told they don't know. They don't work at that store.
This place is randomly closed at odd times. Customers and employees don't wear masks. And lately you need to bring your own shopping bags because they never have any.
I'm not giving any stars but what I will say is your her workers at the Family Dollars on Livingston and Courtright in that Plaza strip they're very rude and disrespectful. And I only went to that one because the Family Dollars by my house on Courtright and Petzinger I had always heard about him being robbed but before Christmas I was in there shopping and I was involved in a robbery so I don't go to that one no more the one on Courtright and Livingston is no better why they talking about Family Dollars is Remodeling and upgrading how about you upgrade your customer workers
It was not as busy today the area on Livingston and Courtright just needs a little supervision and in-store security there has been a lot going on there and his last couple of months and a lot of people feel unsafe they even want to tear it down the Family Dollar support and helped a lot of people in the neighborhood so let's hope that they can clean the area so people feel more safe stay safe wear your mask
Store is HORRIBLE! Employees are always fighting and swearing, isle are impassible due to stock left in the Isle. Prices are RIDICULOUS! Only go if ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER OPTION!
This stores half-empty barely have merchandise on the shelves. Everything is dirty and in disarray.they don't even have bags to hand customers so they're using trash bags.
It looks like the store is about to shut down but when I asked them they said no. No excuse for such a bad look for a store.
Employees are not so pleasant and you can tell they don't really like their job.
The staff was very rude told mei couldn't have my purse on me. That I had to leave it at the counter.when I walked out store another lady was walking in with a purse bigger than mine. Nothing was said to her about her bag.will never return to this store I believe it was because of my color
This store is a hot mess, boxes unpacked always all over the store.
Customer service (none). Store always looks like it's going out of business when I go in it because the shelves are a mess or product isn't in. Improvements need to be done here.
Very hard getting into the store when there's a 53 foot tractor-trailer sitting out front of the door while they were getting deliveries. One employee was speaking so loud about them being sick & how it was coming out from all ends with blood while the others were getting orders for McDonald's not a very pleasant shopping experience.
Every time you go in there is a line out the door they have no restroom i couldnt even shop today cause i have an overactive bladder and could use the restroom even dollar general has a bathroom
Store very cluttered. Received shipment earlier and boxes and carts were in every aisle. Had to move merchandise out of my way several times to get around store.
