Everyone was awesome! Could not be more pleased with the visit. Everyone went out of their way to please me and made me feel they really cared. This is now my place for Eye care.

The doctor was nice and the lady was really nice and helpful and the guy who sold me my glasses was really nice!

Very nice and helpful staff. Got me in and out in no time and explained every step of the way.

The optometrist is the nicest man! He is gentle and kind when he explains what he's doing, the staff is very responsive and helpful as well. They get you in quickly and explain your insurance so it's easily understood. My husband and I have been coming here for years and dread the day the doctor retires!

I walked in for my appointment early and the technician walked me back to the exam room immediately. The technician, doctor and front office staff were all hospitable, helpful and informative. Great experience!

Dr. Grout was extremely patient, thorough, and professional with my elderly mom. We had a difficult prescription, and he was thorough & diligent to find the right solution and not rush us. Can’t rate him high enough!

This was my first visit with you all and it really could not have been any better. Katie and Dr. Grout were extra nice, very professional in explaining each step and answering all my questions and made my examination throughly enjoyable and down right fun. For years I’ve felt passed around from doctor to doctor as they always seem to come and go and aren’t typically very friendly or helpful. The doctor here I’ve seen twice now, he’s been absolutely fabulous with his bedside manner and helpful with what my prescription actually means. The staff here is always very friendly as well. The staff I used to see at the LC in Mason off of Fields Ertle was always pretty cold, not very friendly with few exceptions

Was unable to receive eye exam because this location requires services not covered by my insurance that should be optional. They did not run the insurance correctly either. I had to call my insurance company to find out that this location was incorrect in what they were charging for in network services.

You all always care about me and my family. You make sure we are 100% right before we walk out. I really appreciate you all.

The doctor seemed to be a bit annoyed and became frustrated with my autistic daughter. He was not too pleasant. I Will not bring my children back to this location for an eye exam.

Dr grout was so patient with any and all questions i had.all the staff were incredibly kind and inviting! My new family eye doctor.

Quick service in a busy office is rare but this office delivered. The doctor explained everything completely and addressed any concerns I had. I highly recommend this office.

Every year when I go to get my eye exam it is quick, efficient and everyone including the doctor is so kind. I won't go anywhere else!
