14 I've been buying feed here for years. Today I asked the manager if they had any hay in stock yet. He very rudely said no, they didn't sell hay. I asked if this was a new policy because I'd bought it here in the past and the sign out front said they did. Again, very rudely, he stated that they didn't sell it and they never had has long as he'd been working here.

Came into this store yesterday to buy some gifts for family and the customer service was AMAZING! Way better than any other store I’ve shopped at. My cashier, Sydney really made the atmosphere friendly, warm and welcoming. Will be here again

They had the tube for my tire up on one of the higher shelves. An employee asked if I needed assistance not 30 seconds after I headed towards the customer service desk. A+
They brought over a ladder and I had my tube and was on my way several minutes later.

Staff is always busy doing something, yet always manages to be there when customers need assistance.
Probably some of the more pleasant staff out of the 3 stores I frequent.

I have never lost a chick from FF&H. Now, the other guys; not mentioning names. But it's TSC. I have only gotten chick's from them twice in my adult life and lost a few every time. So have stuck with FFH for all my needs from dog food to livestock needs.

A little pricey, but they have good quality equipment! Great selection on riding mowers, kayaks and even dirt bikes!

I think it's too dark in there and they need to increase the lighting. Makes it very hard to read prices. Cashier was very helpful
Nice store, has a lot of needs for farmers and homesteaders. Prices seemed fairly reasonable. Had a few bunnies for sale as well.
Bought my ESS in for his 1st haircut. Groomer was great. Very patient with him. Took her time, dog loves her.
