Family Laundry Center, Reynoldsburg OH

This place is truly unappealing in every sense. What with no vending machines, no bathroom, no sink, the machines work but barely and the dryers are overpriced for how poorly they work, overall I'd recommend spending the extra money on gas and go somewhere else.

Chatterton and Noe Bixby (in the plaza where the Dollar General is) there's an excellent Laundromat there that has recently been renovated and reopened and it's fantastic!

Admittedly the place is clean. Not an abundance of machines but enough to take care of what needs to be taken care of it appears. I was here mid-afternoon and I was the only one doing laundry. Currently there was only one machine that was out of order which was very nice and refreshing. However the fact that there's no restroom for the patrons there's not even a sink where you can wash your hands is ridiculous when you take into consideration the amount of money they charge to use their machines. I travel for work all over Ohio and Michigan and I have never paid this much for a laundry machine in my entire life. Nice clean facility but I don't think I would frequent here again I will be in the city for a few months but I won't come here way too expensive and no conveniences for your customers nah I'm being generous giving them a two.

After pulling up and seeing a lot of signs telling me what I cannot do the change machine didn't work. 3 different stores later I had quarters and started my laundry 30 minutes later I wish they had signs telling me that their dryers do t work so after going and getting more quarters again my laundry still wasn't dry. It was dirty litterally nothing worked right vending machines quarter machines the 2 dryers I used. Their was a sign above a hole in drywall saying "we will turn in vandalism to police' but I completely understood the frustration of whoever knocked a whole in the wall and applaude then screw this place don't do it

I have been to this place 2 or 3 times because I had no choice but each time I had a bad experience. I put money in the change machine and each time I had to call the owner because I didn't get my change. And when I called him he was very rude and took forever to get there. And the dryers do not get hot. And when u want to wash your clothes in hot water it comes out cold. It's convenient because it's a 24 hour laundry mat but that's it. And when u call the number above the change machine he is rude every time. LIKE DON'T RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU GET MAD THAT YOU HAVE TO COME UP THERE TO GIVE PEOPLE CHANGE. THIS PLACE NEEDS CLOSED DOWN AND IM THINKING ABOUT CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. ZERO STARS OF I COULD

The only big washer that worked, well I thought it worked, it never rinsed and spin my clothes so everything was left sitting in a puddle of dirty water in the bottom of it. Needless to say it was a complete waste of my time and money! Hopefully the gentleman I warned not use it after me had a better experience than me.
