9The only downfall to this plce is, wen purchasing bigger items they should hve bigger bags to plce bigger boxes in. The bag was not sufficient to carry the box I had nd plus I was in a wheelchair also! Sad to say dat this plce is not disabled or handicap friendly either. The salesperson who assisted me was a little pleasant, but she talked so fast I couldn't hardly understand nothing she was saying!
BOGO 50% off sale was great! My daughter found what she wanted and was happy. I appreciated the very good customer service, thats why we bought shoes from there instead of the other shoe store in the area.
The clerks are always friendly and helpful. The prices are generally good and there's always a deal of some sort.

Representatives were not very helpful. More racist then any thing. I am a 62 year old black man and the clerks were more concerned with helping a young white woman that didn't make a purchase then helping me. Felt very disrespected.
I was able to exchange my boots that I bought a month ago but could not fit with no problem, and they had another pair that fit me much better!
If you don't ask for your discount, they will not give it to you. That is wrong and bad for business.
The only reason I only gave it 4 stars is because they didn't really have any women's tennis shoes over a size 9
I always love the varieties of shoes they offer bought 3 pairs of shoes for my daughter she loves them all
