This company is a joke. This company has no clue the damage they have caused my family. And family is supposed to be a factor at famous. They have no clue what goes on their midnight shifts. My son was employed there and was basically bullied out because he has some personal things going on. His supervisor told many people why my son called off. The supervisor bullies individuals that he does not like. His actions caused my son to have to decide between being employed or his mental health. (fellow employees making comments about his reason for call off). HR department reached out to my son just to tell him he was terminated, but didn't have the decency to try to reconnect with him to make sure he was OK. My son did not report any of it things he was going through because he's in an adult and he felt like that is high school. But I’m not ashamed to put it on here.that the midnight (I will not post his name cause this will not be the end of this momma.) My son is far from being call slow or Retarded (a word that should never be used) and let’s me Mention you telling people that my son has a low IQ. You have even went to as low as comparing my child to other employees. This supervisor needs to be Educated on HIPAA. Also, he needs to be educated on mental health statuses. I hope he reads this and understands what he has done (my son has been trying to learn to manage this personal health. You sir didn’t help you in fact made things worse.some of the thing is illegal), I'd rather let your company know.you had no right to tell anyone why he or anyone else called off for. When an individual calls off and leaves a message on that machine, no one besides, the supervisor should be hearing that message or HR. With this, I hope this company understands you need to educate your supervisors/ managers. Whatever it is, you call them. I have left several messages in the last 30 days for someone to contact me so I can speak to them about how I felt about this matter. But no one wanted to reach out and call me back so I'll make a review and other calls. This Has to stop. This will not be the last of me.mental health Is nothing for any individual to be made fun of. And like I said in my previous statement, this isn’t the last of me yet.
