Fancy Nails, Whitehall OH

Rude and disrespectful owners. Won’t be coming back. I just got my nails done Thursday 21st and my gel polish is chipping on the 27th.

I walked in door and immediately they denied service to me and my 5 year old who I take every 2 weeks to get nails done we were in area and figured we try somewhere new I would never recommend or even think about coming back it’s basically discrimination most won’t serve if child isn’t getting service they’re telling me they not allowed to do children at all under 7

This is the WORST place ever to come for. Customer service, specifically, from Julie or Julia is the worst. She’s blatantly disrespectful and proud of it. She speaks to clients that walk in to the shop in a condescending and belittling tone. She refused to service me because I asked if her husband Mike is in and she was upset. She said she would not do my nails and lied and said that I have complained about the work she’s done on my nails to her before. Julie rarely does them and when she does I have not complained once. Although once before 2 of my nails fell off and the set didn’t look clean I never complained to her. After making a call to her husband he replied that he does not get in drama and that his wife will ask that I never return. He also mentioned that in his 20 + years of working he has heard many complaints and drama from the clients and esp regarding his wife. I tried to explain that the issue is that she can’t treat customers this way and laugh about it but he was upset when trying to voice my concern. I will NEVER go back. This place is in shambles and they could care less about their integrity. They talk about you in your face and to other clients. Super rude, not welcoming and extremely disrespectful staff specifically Julie or Julia. I have always gave them the upmost respect but if possible you should seriously AVOID this place.

Julie screaming at a 80 year old lady. I ask her to apologize and she would not. Her husband Said that he does not want to get into it. So there he said that the older lady and myself who was trying to help not to come back. I was a customer for years.

Bad service didn't ever ask how I wanted my pedicure done just done whatever they wanted to do. I don't Recommend

I've been coming here for years. Angela is usually who does my feet and nails. She is very nice and kind. Mike, Julie, and Tan have also provided services for me. In my opinion everyone in this shop does very good work.

All the reviews of this place is absolutely correct and I will never go here again. I went just for a balance and at first everything was fine. The lady started on my nails and she kept stopping doing absolutely nothing, so I'm like I'm just going to relax cause I really need my nails done. Last straw another Customer comes in and this female moves to another station and tells the older man that can barely see to finish my nails. I have never experienced racism like until today. Never Again

Do not stop here bad attitude bad business and overall a waste of my time. Misleading information and don’t know how to treat customers.

I have been going to Fancy nails for years. Carol always took care of me and did my nails/ feet.she did a good job. No issues. Recently, I was told Carol is no longer working there.no biggie, even though I was little sad. Now the owner Mike does my nails. Mike is amazing, he is very precise he explains things very well.and he doesn't disappoint. The wait time is typical, and what is expected in my opinion with a walk-in policy. I do think they should consider using booksy with having appointments for their clientele and still accept walk-ins.that will be dope. Only down-fall.they don't do nail art, ombre, or long nails. Im simple, so it works for me.lol. Pricing is decent as well. Nothing too crazy.
