Fantastic Sams Cut & Color, Macedonia OH

I went in this morning to get my roots dyed a brighter shade of blonde. I had it done in June with the same stylist, and it was amazing. However, today, it ended up looking like two shades of greenish blonde vomit. I called to come back in and get it fixed. A different stylist was assigned to me, and she acted so aloof and so over it. I felt so uncomfortable, and I felt like I had to apologize constantly to get on her good side. I picked a color that was darker so it would hide the bad dye job. She quoted me $110. I decided that I didn’t want to pay for my hair to be dyed twice in one day, so I decided to leave. She was not pleased. She got the manager, and they tried to talk me into staying, and they tried to convince me to get highlights (which I would have to pay for). I get perms, so that would ruin my hair (speaking from 18 months of fried hair experience). They wouldn’t listen to me when I said over and over that I didn’t want bleach. I felt so uncomfortable, and I won’t be back. I’ve been going for ~8 years since they opened but I don’t want to feel like an inconvenience and the bad guy if my hair gets messed up. And I definitely don’t want to pay $110 to get it fixed.

It took a while to find her but Sandy was referred and I finally have a stylist after my move fm. FLORIDA. I am very pleased

I went here to get my 10 year old daughter’s hair trimmed for the first time and when we got home it was so uneven! I will never return again.

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. She did a great job and I was out of there fast.

Terrible experience, I brought my friend and I told the lady two times that she cutting too much hair. My friend is so upset and sad.

Great group of stylists. Always friendly and very well skilled. Never a bad experience there.
