I have been eating this food since 1987… that should tell you everything you need to know! Never have I had bad service or bad food!

No flavor, dry rice few shrimp in shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg foo Yong dry and a little burnt, not a good meal for us, only went as a alternative because regular was closed.i will not be back.

Got the General Tso's chicken lunch special. Amazing rice and super heavy container. Delicious egg roll, sauces, and fortune cookie included. Had to save some for later.

It was the worse Chinese food I every had in my life I got general tso's chicken and shrimp fried rice it was awful.very dry also got chicken wings terrible! Will never go there again. When I called to complain they were very nasty. Don't see how they stay in business

When I order egg rolls I ask for an additional sweet sauce because 1 isn’t enough. The girl always seems like it is a big deal plus she is not nice about it. Today I called and talked to the manager and said I did not receive the 2 extra packets since I ordered 2 egg rolls and if there was a problem; after all doesn’t condiments come with the order? He spoke to the girl who told him I asked for 10 (what if someone did order 10 sweet or 10 mustard or 10 soy? It is not like people have them in their house). I said I have been buying from them for years and she has been the one who waits on me so it is a lie. (Two does not sound like ten) He said he will be taken care of next time. Really? Next time?

The rice taste as if it was fried in old oil. There was no taste, but the smell of old cooking oil.

Real petty with they condiments only gave me 2 packs of duck sauce I asked for more the lady got a real bad attitude with me then said if I want more duck sauce she gotta take my soy sauce back snatched the bag from me very rude 1 star for horrible customer service

Went to last order orange chicken/ w extra
Chicken and broccoli and shrimp fried rice / green onions and bean sprouts. Didn't receive either extras and it tasted awful chicken over cooked and the fried rice not fried over $25 worth of something my husband and I couldn't enjoy and called to speak with manager next day was told that boss said it was okay and that half of my purchase could not be be returned but I could get another meal like I would want something else to eat from this place after you tell me my food was okay and I'm the one who is calling to complain that it's not prepared properly. And I have ate from your establishment over the years the fried rice along is improperly and poorly made and wasn't edible, poor customer service will not do business again Far East Chinese in Maple Hts they have lost my business.

The food used to be really really good but it has gone down in the last two years the sesame chicken always taste like they refried leftover chicken the egg rolls are always good and crab ragoon is hit or miss sometimes its over cooked disappointed because this used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant
