7 The nasty black receptionist is nearly as rude as the dentist.
She was very dismissive of any concern raised and immediately had an attitude
The dentist themselves are very nice and professional it’s that young black receptionist they have front desk. When you call to make certain appointments or have questions she tell you she’ll check with the dentist and call you back. Never do. Had this about 3 separate times happen with her. She gives off attitude if you pop and ask why she didn’t return the call so you decided to just show up. Very sassy nasty attitude.
The call dropped I called back and she left me on hold for 15
Minutes never came back to the phone. I called back no answer WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
They advertise on the website that they don't open till 9 and take walk in m-t till then I was 2 minutes after 9 and they told me they open at 8 and they take new patients till 9 and wouldn't take me I drove 30 mins to them for them to trun me away
We had an emergency walk in appointment. The wait was minimal. The staff was kind and respectful. The dentist was knowledgeable and communicated what was happening at all times for a fear free experience.
If you're looking for a good dentist I would highly recommend Farber and Farber. Thanks you guys are the best
Very kind owners and staff.they were able to take me as a walk in this morning and take a look at my broken tooth, which has been causing a lot of pain. They didn’t take my insurance and were kind enough to refer me to a private specialist and prescribe me some antibiotics to hold me over until the root canal with the specialist. I will definitely return for regular cleanings!
