7Aaron was helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. My only complaint — and it may have to do with Farmers alerting agents about inquiries – is that the other companies I queried made initial contact two days earlier.
Joel called me today and we are working on a solution for my home and auto solution. They were extremely busy and Joel was very patient and took all the time I needed to get the information to him.
Very nice agent followed up with me. Which I'm glad he did I would of forgot about it.
