Tech came last July 24,2021, reported job as fixed and closed the request. A/C motor was on since July 24, @ 75°F and stayed that way for 5 days. Decided to switch A/C off. They sent another tech (Joshua) 4 days after and he told us that A/C needed new compressor. Another 4 days went by, no call/email from Fast Response.
Called them again and they insisted that the A/C was already fixed!
Had to cancel all appointments for two whole days because they would also jot give you a window as to what time their technician would arrive!

FOXCROFT HVAC tech/owner DAN came, replaced burnt wire and converter. After just 2 hours, house temp went down to 76° from 78° AC issue finally resolved!

Very very poor Customer Satisfaction!
WOULD NEVER USE FAST RESPONSE EVER!

We were assigned to Fast Response Heating & Cooling by AHS home warranty. The technician who was assigned to look into our AC was prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. Also, their customer service rep followed up after about 10 days to make sure everything was still working

They're not kidding with their name. Our original 24-year-old AC unit finally bit the dust yesterday afternoon in the horrible heat and humidity. Our house had an internal temperature of 86°F with 51% humidity. We called them that same day asking for someone to come out and look at our system and give us a quote if it ended up that we would need a new unit. The tech came out at around 4: 00 PM. He checked our entire system and found that the refrigerant they put in to top everything up 2 days ago all went bye-bye due to a rust hole at the evaporator coil. He gave us a quote a lot cheaper than we were expecting, AND gave us a partial credit towards it because of the $400 we paid 3 days ago for the refrigerant top up they did. We asked about going from the old 2.5 ton system for a 3 ton. Everything included, we were quoted $3975 (I was expecting over $5,000) and they could have someone out the very next day (today). I called them first thing this morning just after they opened to find out what time frame they were going to offer us. Turns out that their lead installer was already en route with everything needed for the install. He arrived at our doorstep within 15 minutes of me making that call. 3 hours later and we had a brand new, shiny, powerful AC system. Everyone was great to work with and very transparent and upfront about everything from start to finish. This was an astounding first impression for us, being new customers, and I was completely blown away by how serious they take their jobs. The words "Fast Response" don't do them justice. If you have any sort of HVAC problems, these people should be your first pick. All in, they took care of us in a total of around 5 hours; 1 hour yesterday and 4 hours today. Five. Hours. I don't think anyone else could've gotten it done any faster or just as reasonably priced. If I have another issue with my HVAC system, Fast Response will be my first and only call. They should be yours, too.

Good afternoon,

I am writing review due to the in adequate service I received from your company (Fast Response AC).

I reached out to AHS on May 30 because my AC went out and you sent out Fast Response. My husband and I called again on August 5 and again Fast Response was dispatched to service the AC… the technician stated that it need freon. We called AHS again on Aug 8 for the same issue. Again you sent Fast Response out on August 9 that morning. The technician stated that everything was working great. That afternoon it was messed up again. The technician came back and stated that it had no freon. He will need to come back out. At that time, I called AHS and I believe I spoke with Victor that morning regarding the issues I was having. He stated that I need to ask for a full diagnosis of the AC unit system. He stated that he will also send an email out asking for one as well. The same technician from the day before came back out again, on Aug 10 at 10: 30am stated that its nothing he can do. (Again I asked him that we need a full diagnosis). He came back that afternoon (around 1: 30) with another gentleman…the technician said it is a temporary fix. On August 18 during storm/rain the technician stated we needed a new unit. On August 25 the AC went out again, your company request Fast Response to come back out. On August 26 @ 2: 30pm Ms. Rachel stated that they will not come back out because we need a new unit / they sent AHS a request on August 18th, 25th, and 28th. On August 27 I spoke with Joy and she stated that there was no request been made by Fast Response. I called back on a three way with both company. Fast Response stated that AHS received the requested information on 8/28 (this morning) and I would have to wait 24-48 hours for AHS to review the request. At this time Fast Response again stated that they will not come back out to my home and I need to purchase window units. I live in a HOA community that does not allow window units. THIS IS TEXAS! IT IS HOT! I HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK IN A HALF FOR THEM TO FIX MY AC UNIT! THIS IS CRAZY!

YOUR COMPANY WAS HIRED TO DO A JOB AND THEY HAVE DONE IT IN ADEQUATE! I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT AC FOR AT LEAST 10-15 DAYS AS OF NOW AND THE DAYS ARE ADDING TO IT.

Everyone does not want to take the blame of not doing the job that was given to them. I should not have to pay another service fee to get someone out to my house to do the job right. WHY IS MY FAMILY STILL WITHOUT AC? FAST RESPONSE HAS PLACED MY FAMILY IN A HARSH CONDITION WITH THIS AC UNIT.

Having to deal with this company has made me regret buying a home. I’m disappointed in American Home shield for even sending fast response to my home.
The customer service or lack there of is beyond poor. I voiced my concerns several times via email (because they would ignore my calls during listed business hours) and when I finally did speak with someone it was in their financial department time to “hurry up and get her situated so she can pay” type deal. I’m dissatisfied with the bill after the fact (and I attempted to address the situation with the project supervisor and he went outside to whisper with them on the phone. Must not have realized my windows were open and I could hear the whole thing) They told me I was getting a great deal for having American home shield ($3000 off to be exact) and come to find out when I called AHS myself they told me they would not cover any of that Bill. So I was lied to.

I had to call them and have them come back out and put up a CO2 detector and new thermostat that was part of the deal. All they did was slap a fast response sticker on my old one as if I wasn’t going to notice?

I was taken advantage of. It’s cool keep doing shady business. You will ruin yourselves soon

Kevin was amazing! This is his second year out to my residence. He always goes above and beyond. Takes the time to explain everything going on with the a/c unit and fixed our a/c issues. I hope AHS and first response continue their work together. I will be requesting First Response and Kevin in the future.

Josh Dunigan is probably the best AC tech ever. Couldn't have been more impressed with his knowledge and experience in heating and cooling. Got us all fixed up. Thank You Josh!

If anyone needs HVAC work, please, whatever you do, avoid Fast Response Heating & Cooling like the plague.
I would give this company zero stars if I could rate them (they’ve disabled ratings on their FB page, and if you check their ratings out on BBB you’d understand why). We have had a non-working HVAC since we started dealing with them in April, they were out within one business day to troubleshoot it, and it seemed promising. Since then, it’s been like pulling teeth to get them back out. A tech was scheduled to see us today, at 19: 00 we’ve zero word from him after their office assured me he’d be out. I’ve placed 11 calls in 7 days to this company. LITERALLY every call is ended with them saying “we’ll call you back”, and never one time have they returned the call. They say they can’t get ahold of the tech, or can’t get ahold of the people in scheduling, etc etc etc, and then never follow up. They took 2 months to get our part in when they quoted us 5-7 business days, and then any time we’d call for more information, they would just say “It’s on it’s way! We’ll call the minute it’s in! ” Had to follow up with our home warranty company who called to find out the part was actually back ordered and hadn’t even shipped. They even made an appointment for a tech to come out, I came home from work early, and then they called and said “oh, he doesn’t even actually have the part on hand! Sorry! ” less than 20 minutes before he was supposed be here, and I was out hours of vacation time.
The day the part came in, they called and told us it had arrived and a tech could come out that day, we told them we were almost 2 hours from home and would be home at noon, she said that was fine. We then got a call within 15 minutes of hanging up with her from the tech saying he was almost to our house, and we told him we had just told someone we weren’t going to be home until noon and weren’t sure why that wasn’t relayed, he acted annoyed with us, said he likely wouldn’t be in the area at noon but to call when we got home. He then ignored our calls the rest of the day.
Our house has been sitting between 80-88 degrees for weeks on end. This has been the absolute least professional business I’ve ever dealt with and I will make sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear of them. I have an infant at home and have had to go stay with friends or family members a few nights in the last couple of months due to the extreme heat. Fast Response should be changed to Last Response.

I rarely leave reviews or have poor experiences with contractors, but I must warn as many people as I can about this company. Do Not Call or Do business. Also, request a new company if Fast Response comes out for a home warranty repair.

I had repairs done at a rental property and my home. At my rental, for a basic maintenance at the start of winter, the technician did basic maintenance and confirmed no issues with the furnace. An hour later the heat was out and Fast Response couldn't get a technician back for 2 days. The tenant went 2 days with no heat (I offered a hotel and didn't charge her). 2 days later, the same technician shows up and replaces the thermostat and the heat is working. Concerned, I had another company come out the next day to check his work.and found out there were several loose wires, AC was no longer hooked up, blower speed wasn't right, and the thermostat should have never been replaced. The thermostat was $500 used to buy another and specific to the unit. This is when it became frustrating. I called Fast Response many times and there was no response. This went on for weeks. They would tell me that a manger would call me back and I would never get a return call.
Finally, I receive an email. Fast Response apologized for their work and agreed to reimburse me for my cost to repair their faulty work.if I agreed not to post on any social media sites. I was in shock. It sums it up that they actually have a contract for people to sign before you get reimbursed for their work.

They told me they would have to charge me again to send another technician out to complete a service that was incomplete the first time due to weather temperature outside. I don’t control the weather and the technician told me he could come back at no cost when it warmed up to check my Freon level. Now I have to pay someone else to finish the service. I think this unfair and unprofessional. I won’t be using them again.

This company is such a joke. They were out at the end of May and looked at the system and said everything is running fine. Just recommended purchasing an entire AC/Furnace, for the low price of $8000 (after getting my Home Warranty company to pay $3000 of that cost). Reviewed my contract and it doesn’t look like, given the circumstance, the warranty company would pay a dime. Just had another friend replace a similar furnace/ac unit for $4,900 from another company and another friend gave me the number to their contractor that helped them replace their AC for just $2500. Sounds like a bunch of cooking the books to me. I digress though, as this isn’t the most pressing issue I have with this company. About three weeks after their initial visit, where they said everything was running perfectly, the line keeps freezing and shutting off the fan. Put in a work order through my warranty company on Friday and was not charged as it was considered a recall, and was told they’d be in touch to schedule service within 24 hours. Got a call Saturday while we were out at the kids baseball game to schedule. Unfortunately missed it and when I tried to call back to schedule an hour later, they were already closed. Also received an email from the administrative assistant stating they will promptly schedule my service and that I’m considered “high priority” due to this being a recall. Sunday passes and they are closed. It’s now Monday, so I call and tell them I’m returning a call to schedule service and am told they are still waiting on scheduling to get back to them so they can call me with a date and time. Monday comes and goes without a call. Spoke to the home warranty people and they stated it looks like the appointment was set for Monday and we simply didn’t answer the phone or the door when the tech came. I work from home and have been home for days. Never received a call and never once did anyone come by to service the unit. Tuesday comes and this company simply will not answer the phone. Call the warranty company who assured us that they will be calling within 4 hours to schedule service for today. No call ever came. Call them and finally get them on the phone and they say we need to get a second opinion and that they aren’t coming out. A second opinion? We haven’t even gotten a first because you people haven’t scheduled the service. Currently on hold with the warranty company who is reviewing all the notes from both sides and is also stating how ridiculous this is and is currently speaking with management on a resolution. All the while, we are on day 5 without AC, with a 5 year old child, and another 10 year child who has asthma and autism and has started to develop a cough during this ordeal. Would never in a million years recommend this company to anyone

We were assigned this company through our home warranty company, American Home Shield. We requested the service for our AC on April 10th, and we are still fighting the battle of getting them to communicate on scheduling today, 17 days later. We took the day off of work to be here for the day they had scheduled us, then they didn’t show up and didn’t communicate that they weren’t coming. They told us they could only give us a 30 minute call ahead but it could be any time throughout the day. This is the second time we have had a poor experience with this company. Our warranty company switched us to another company and they responded and scheduled right away. So, long story short if you get assigned this company, call right away and ask to be assigned a different company.

Fast Response has cars parked in Grove City off of 270 where there are big flag poles with huge Trump 2020 flags STILL flying. 1) The election was six months ago. 2) The flag alone tells you all you need to know about the company.

This crew was the best I've ever had come into my home for any kind of service. Very friendly and outgoing crew. Professional is an understatement. They explained their process and made sure everything was very easy to understand. We live in an old home so the work was not easy to do but they maintained a great attitude all day. Can't say enough good things about them. Hello! The techs that worked on your unit today were:
Brian
Phillip
Cody
Josh
Rob

I can't thank y'all enough for making sure my family is going to be comfortable for seasons to come
