Fast Track It / Bidfta.com reviews
22Showed up 2 days in a row and drive 1 hour for them to say they are closed due to flooding of thier warehouse.
ZERO! Came two days in a row, 1 hour drive back and forth for two whole days. This place was locked due to "Flooding" I am very displeased with their service! First day they said this place will be open the next day so I waited, then came the second day and they were closed. They told me in person that this place wouldve been open.
Who ever rights the product descriptions do not know anything about any of the products. Just bought a JBL Bluetooth speak. Post said JBL flip 5 appears new. Got there and it was a flip 4 and had parts missing, plus the charging port was broke. Paid 40$ for a useless product. No way to return. Never waste my money again. I definitely recommend no one, No one shop here. Rather take my chance on offer up or eBay.
Don't bother trying to go there. It's a safety hazard, They will tell you it's new item but when you get there it's all broken down in pieces. If you want to waste your money, go there otherwise, bargain hunt and ollie's are better places with similar prices.
Came to pickup items today. Stood in the rain outside for an hour. Manager Jamie was very nasty and yelled at all of the people waiting that the building had flooded. She stated an email was sent out "no email sent" from auction site. Beware of your items being wet from the roof leaks and watch out for Jamie.
Glad the first 50 customers or so were helped.
I forget to pick up my already paid item, they resell it and they didn't give my money back. It's was sounds so sad I loose my money, it was expensive item and very bad experience with them!
The staff here were very helpful, in what is a very intimidating space. I was very impressed at how easy it was to complete my transaction.
Huge scam at this point.it used to be a good deal and have decent items.within the past year.the shady tactics have become to much.they take terrible pictures of auction items so its impossible to tell.sketchy descriptions and sketchier people.
This Fast Track warehouse is pretty big. I had the most difficulty finding items at this location over all of the Cincinnati locations. The color signs is a little different but even once I found the right aisle the items were not easy to find. Eventually I found them and got to the line to checkout. It was pretty long but moved fast. The staff were very friendly and the items were as described. The customer entrance is around back, so don’t pull into the front parking lot.
Unorganized like all of the rest, except it somehow ends up being worse here. They have no idea how to process customers in an efficient manner. Seems like no matter when you pick up, you'll be standing in a line for 20-30 minutes for check out.
Bought a crate. Was told they would hold it for me until I had room for it. Paid almost $400. They sold it to someone else. Gave me a different one, which they didn't give me a good comparison. Most products were open plasticware, open disposable bowls and plates, most items I couldn't sell. Definitely not worth $400!
It is what it is, you get items that are returned or distressed at a bidding price and you either win it or lose. Pick up is Tuesday through Friday only and don't expect anything but multiple potholes at a badly kempt warehouse in desperate need of an outside overhaul.
Went there and rented a uhaul to pick up my bed. The listing said, appears new. No place did it mention not being complete or being damaged
Once i got there and spent 20 minutes finding the bed and 5 more minutes finding someone to help me get it on a big cart, then i had to wait in line for 15 more minutes just to see that it was incomplete and also the box had a huge hole where you could see the upholstery had a missing chunk out of it. People were rude too, the workers. I have gotten good deals from here but mostly its a scam.
As I have posted before it's like everything is just dumped and then you get to search for items that you've bought at auction. Description of items really done in format (meaning they really do not describe any item unless it is new in box). Yes I know I can go in to inspect items, that is usually not convenient and if I lived close to the warehouse I would do that. Just pay very close attention to description because often you will see what is a stock photo of the product which is from manufacturers info and maybe you will see the actual box but never the actual item.
I have been in about 8 fast track it locations and this one is the worst its very messy and the guy who i think is the manager is rude and mean and not helpful at all
The descriptions are inaccurate and they essentially make you open all of your boxes and review the items you purchased prior to leaving the facility, which can be difficult when you have a dozen other large packages. When I complained, I was only offered a refund on (1) item as a "courtesy". Absolute waste of time and money.wish I could give them 0 stars.
This place is a mess! We got there (never been to fast track it before), the person mumbled something and sent us on our way. We were only picking up a few things, after being there for 30 min, we asked for help, they said they would be there in a minute. 15 minutes later, no one came. I asked a stranger for help, he said, yeah nothing is ever where its supposed to be here. He found our stuff 4 aisles over!
When I came to pick up my item I was told that the place was already closed when I pointed out that it was 5 minutes until the posted closing time and all I had was one 1 item. He let me know he didnt care. I was there before the posted closing time but was told to go away I could come back when it was open again in 5 days. This is my 1st time coming here and it will be my last. Total disrespect. If they want the last pick up to be 10 or 15 minutes prior to closing say that somewhere on your website or post it so someone doesn't waste time driving across town.
They are getting better about getting you checked out in a timely manner. However the warehouse looks like a tornado passed through recently and people just got started on cleaning up. 70% of the time, items are put in the general vicinity. Hope it gets better
You have to pick the order out of assigned areas, no problem!
Color coded pretty much self explanatory, right?
Finding open box items thrown everywhere you'll trip trying to find your items.
Ready check out yay.nope try again long lines wrapped around the building
Not enough people to check out the items.
They were being pulled away for customers needing help with finding items so at times there is no one to check out the customers waiting in line.
This place could be great, however they have a few kinks to workout and having people dedicated to each areas so that checkout can focus on checkout and warehouse help can focus on customers who need help finding items.
