20Drove 45 mins to pick up an “appears new” 9ft umbrella for my patio, I did a quick scan of it while still in the place and it looked ok. When I got it home and ready to install I found the metal was damaged as if they stand was once snapped in two! Needless to say, this was a waste of money, time and gas!
This place used to be awesome but lately (Dec 2019, Jan 2020) the lines are long and the items are not where they're supposed to be. There are still one or two people who know what they're doing but it can be difficult to find them.
I love the idea however stuff is not easy to locate or not available. One employee that works there he wears a red and black jacket never helps or works he just walks around. I asked him to help me with something and he told me no.
The items shown in the picture that I won (4 PS4 Controllers) were not the same as the ones picked up. They were different colors and 2 were broken! I will not return to this location! I’v never had this issue with any of the locations! They pulled a switch-a-roo!
Friendly staff, organized isles. Only one complaint is I bought an item that had been opened to take photos and it was in perfect condition for the photos, then once I got the item (I understand open box is "as is") was destroyed. So clearly the item was damaged at their facility, and I found it on the bottom of a stack of others. Otherwise this was a great facility.
More organized than other places & checking out is straight forward.bring lots of patience esp.when it's busy.
So far so good, I'm actually addicted I need to slow down.lol however one time my product was not there or lost staff had no problem refunding my money.
It's kinda like Christmas except when you FINALLY locate your stuff, it's most always missing parts or is broken. It's seldom returned because of the wrong color. If you get any electrical stuff, good luck with that.
Many times the picture you rely on to bid is of a damaged box and no clue of the actual item.
Locating your item can be a real treat and take up valuable time. The current system has locator tags with various colors and numbers and very random.
This Is My Favorite Fast Track It Location! I Go During A Time When It's Not Too Busy, Around 1: 30 - 2: 00pm And It Is Easy For Me To Find Things! Checkout Doesn't Take As Long During This Time! Associates Are Very Helpful. It Is Easy For Me To Send Other People To Pick Up My Items. It Is Fairly Easy For Them To Find Things!
It Is Hit Or Miss, On Missing/Damaged Items, But The Associates Are Helpful On Processing Refunds!
Still amazed that anyone can find anything. I was with a friend who was picking up an item that he bought.
It is not worth the time and money.

The worst of fast track autions. UPDATE: This used to be one on the worst but under new management and boy the changes are amazing. My items are easy to find and staff are so helpful.
Extremely disappointment in what I received. Auction listed Woodville dining table in light wood and I received a dark wood dining table missing a chunk out of the corner of the table.picture they posted was extremely misleading.think twice before placing a high bid or a bid at all for that matter

I thought Fast Track valued their customers in fact they don't. I bid three items and found that those items are all trash. I did picked up two items that are all trash so I take it back to get refund but they messed up. The products they keep in their building are all trash please never bid from fast track it auction. Worst experience ever!
I won an auction for a safe in November. When I went to pick it up, it was not in the bay listed. I went to an employee for help and she also looked, and checked the area by the loading dock and in front where they had items inside a fenced area. She could not find it.
She issued me a credit and all seemed well. Then, with no explanation, my card was charged again. I tried to contact the company, but they did not respond. I will not trust this company again.
This is an on line auction pick up site. You can get some great deals, but you have to look carefully at the photos of the items. At times, the items up for sale are broken and damaged
I think the staff is great. They have so many thing to organize and rude people to deal with. Remember they would love to have more staff too.
Staff not helpful and lines were very long. Boxes thrown everywhere from being a self service. People just throw things and toss boxes in order to find there stuff. Really awful set up.

YESTERDAY MY AUCTION HAD BEEN MOVED TO THE LAST CHANCE ROOM BEFORE THE ALOTTED PICK-UP DATES HAD EXPIRED!
THEY HAD TO ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE THE AUCTION COULD NOT BE FOUND IN THE ROOM!
I use to go all the time. To different locations but some of the area was to far out and i have to rush and get of work to go. Not good hour for a person who works five days a week. No weekends. I now order my affordable item. Wish the do weekend.i would go back
