Sign Shop FASTSIGNS reviews
7FASTSIGNS IS AWESOME! I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS THERE FOR 15+ YEARS. GREAT SERVICE. GREAT VALUE! THANKS KERRIE! ALLISON IS GREAT TOO! JT
Everything is completed in a timely manner and meets expectations. Good customer service too!
They did marvelous! Very easy process and helpful cause i don't mess with any of that stuff and they did everything I needed for me.
Plenty of other sign shops with better customer service, better quality and even better pricing. Magnetic clings barely lasted a single season on the side of my work truck.
Posted this once and had to delete due to company denying my order and coming up with other excuses. Which seems to be how they handle bad reviews. Excuses as to either you not caring for their signs properly or they deny your order.
The team here did a great job on signs for my company. Highly recommend Jenna, Thank you
Our business used Fast Signs for magnetic signs for our company vans. We are thrilled with the results. Professional staff and great products.
UPDATED: I called because it's my first time ordering these kind of services, so I had some questions about them and the first person who answered the phone, didn't know any answer to my questions so she referred me to the "Sales team" were the lady who answered, from the begging, was being rude and lacking patience (notice that I don't have the best english). Because she wasn't patient and on top of that was being rude, I asked her to refer me to a different salesperson, AND SHE TELLS ME I AM THE OWNER! You gotta be kidding me. I feel very disrespected and disappointed.
Answer: I answered a BUNCH of questions before you were asking for my address. If you needed to refer me, knowing that the business is in Michigan, you could have just referred me to a Michigan store. You are saying here you didn't mean to be rude. But you were, and made me feel disrespected. Like you didn't have patience and didn't want to take care or deal with me as a customer. And I don't need your services anymore.
