3Called in about an issue for the work being done; they were too busy and never called back.
I asked for a septic repair and cleaning with a truck stationed from the road (to avoid lawn damage). I was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Then I got a call back later saying they wouldn’t do the service from the road, though this company has done this exact service in the past. We asked for another reference, got a quick “open a phone book”, then the line went dead. Definitely needs a lesson in professionalism. I look forward to taking my business elsewhere.
Our first septic system - They answered all my million questions. Would not hesitate to call them for inspections or service. The explained in details the function, routine maintenance and what needs to be done throughout the year. Fantastic people to work with.
