Very rude and unprofessional.
I asked for dreads and came out with braids. I paid $200 before they were finished and they did not offer me any of my money back.
Instead I was told I could comeback and she would makeup for it.
Came back and was told she could on knock of $20. Had me go to ATM to get money for hair then when I come back she said she wasn't doing my hair. Started to say she doesn't braid. When I began to record she threatened me and told me I didn't want to do that. I took it as a threat. She got over on me don't let her do it to you.
She can never get my money or business again. I only gave a star because I had to to leave the review.
I'm so upset with myself I didn't get my money back the first time.

This is easily a place I will never ever go back to. First of all it was not clean. Cluttered and dirty. While i do appreciate they took me right away that doesn’t make up for the experience i had here. The lady that braided my hair was too rough and combed through my hair in a way which I am sure has caused damaged. She braided tight even after i asked her not to. I told her not to braid my edges and she seemed annoyed? I’m not sure why since I’M PAYING FOR IT and IT’S MY HAIR. She proceeded to braid my hair and once i was basically done and saw my hair. My part was slanted and off to the side instead of the middle. Careless and unprofessional. I had to pull some of my hair out of the braids because it was pulling and my scalp was red from the tension. Unfortunately i know i will lose some hair because of this.

The lady told me to come at 10a.m nobody showed up nor was there a call back waited 13 mins
