They pulled out my daughter hair just got it done yesterday afternoon 100 dollars for nothing.don’t let them in your kids hair or yours

I love my braids.they are worth every penny I spent.she took her time and made sure I was satisfied 110%. Prices very reasonable

I went to this salon to have my hair braided and they stated that it would take 6 hours, so I said yes. I informed them that I had somewhere to be in 8 hours and they said that would be no problem.
Of course, it took them longer than 6 hours to braid my hair. In fact, it took them 12 hours! I informed them of the late hour on numerous occasions. They informed me that they would provide a discount. When my hair was finally complete, 12 hours later, I took a mere $20 off the $150 pricetag. They owner, Fatu, scoffed at me giving $130.
She and the other woman proceeded to argue with me and yell at me until I gave another $10. I would have escalated the matter, but due to the fact it was past midnight, I didn't want to wait (especially not in the salon with two angry women who wouldn't allow me to leave)
My opinion, don't give this salon your money. They don't value your time, and they will force you to pay what they believe is fair. There are many other hair braiders who do a nice job in less than 12 hours.

It was Nu Image and I got all 3 of my boys heads cut by Lateef Abdul Ali. I was impressed and we will be back

Total waste of money because braids fell out of my daughter's hair each time I had them done here (twice). Also it's god-forsaken hot in this place with a few fans blowing hot air on the clients and braiders. As for anyone sitting outside of the fans blowing, you're outta luck. Like someone else mentioned, they don't offer breaks for bathroom or lunch and they ended up taking a long time to finish up on our second visit. I don't recommend this place at all.
