Feazel was absolutely fantastic. They did a thorough job of stepping us through each step of the journey. Matt Wieschelman was outstanding. He personally stopped by several times to ensure everything was on track. Scott and his entire team were great too. Scott personally stopped by after the install to check everything including the install, cleanup and even leftover nails on the driveway. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent roof installation with good communication during process and a production foreman that met me twice (on time) to explain work.

Feazel reshingled our roof in February. A few weeks later we had to have our chimney removed. We called Feazel to the schedule an associate to come out and patch where the chimney was, over 4 months later we were still left with a giant hole (with a tarp over it) in our brand new roof. The same associate that we dealt with for over 4 months contiued to say that "we will be out to fix it in a few weeks. " We are very happy with the work that Feazel did, however trying to get someone out for a few hours to patch where the chimney was ended up being a four month nightmare! Best of luck if you need them to come back out.

Very Professional Service provided by Feazel Employees. The project was seamless from beginning to end including the work with the Insurance Company. All items that were listed on the punch list (clean-up, grass replacement, and broken path) light were taken care immediately. Definitely would use again if needed.

Feazel did a great job on our roof. It was an insurance job and they handled all of the negotiations with them. The cost was exactly what they said it would be. The crew we're hardworking and quick. Great cleanup after they completed and zero problems after 3 months.

Scheduled a job and then they cancelled saying they don't do the work that is listed on their website.

HORRIBLE experience from day one. Roof is 2 years old and still leaking. (My roof that was 18 years old never leaked once). They talk to their customers horribly. I would NEVER recommend this company. Use a local company for better service. Every house on my street got a new roof, mine is the only one that leaked and the only one that used feazel.

Do not truat their online system to book an estimate.as other reviewers said, it wll double book.you will a confirmation email but that does not mean anything.i received an email the morning of appt but no one showed.

Feazel did a great job in providing us with a new roof, which was required due to hail damage. Daniel and the Feazel team are very knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated. We are very pleased with the outcome. Thanks Feazel team!

Never heard of you before but after seeing mancinis pictures on social media of that awful workmanship. I definitely would never consider you.

Starting with a no pressure sales person and then a great project manger the whole process was very customer friendly all my questions were addressed and I'm loving my new roof.

Feazel did great job from start to finish. Everyone we met was knowledgeable and polite. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up.

Overall Feazel made getting my new roof after a hail storm a fairly painless experience. The roofers did an amazing job, and the project manager (Scott) was on top of it. We had a couple of minor hiccups related to gutters/down spouts. Basically the sales person put the order in incorrectly for what was being replaced (based on what the insurance was covering) and for the wrong color. Scott did clear this up for us, but it took it a bit longer than needed. I would use again.

We had an Excellent experience with Feazel from the beginning of the process to the end. Logan Fenton (Field Supervisor) was very professional and explained how the entire project would flow and worked with our Insurance company to assess damage. He Explained everything and was always available if we had any more questions.
Scott Widmyer (Project Manager) came on the day of installation to check on the install team. He was very professional and took the time to answer our questions and explain things as the team was installing the roof. The install team was great! They did a very nice job installing the new roof in one day! And cleaning up when the job was completed. They walked the entire property to assure there were no roofing nails or trash laying around in the yard. They were a very professional and knowledgeable team to work with. Thank you! We love our new roof and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Feazel did an excellent job with the roofing project however they left a mess with our driveway. We had oil stains on several locations an some were large. Scott, our representative, tried to use a small pressure washer to remove the oil. Several small spots were completely removed while the larger more deeply penetrating locations only faded. The company gave me a credit of $250 to my bill to have a professional pressure washing service clean my driveway. I still have a faint oil spot in the location that was the worst. Hopefully they have cautioned their roofers to be more cautious with the placement of their equipment on clients property.

We are so pleased with our new roof and the workmanship of the crew. It was an all-around awesome experience. The sales and project manager, Scott Widmyer, was so helpful and pleasant. He aranged everything for us in a timely manner. We love our new roof!

We are completely satisfied by the work done by Feazel. Our sales rep, Shane, was early for his visit and extremely knowledgeable and curtious. He throughly explain the job and was very well prepared. Our project manager, Scott, was excellent at overseeing the project, and worked it as if he was servicing his own home. The crew worked really hard for him, and the whole team was very accommodating to our needs. Overall we are very happy with the work done at our home and highly recommended this company for your roof and gutter needs.
