Feazel Roofing, Beavercreek OH

I am very pleased with the new roof that Feazel Inc.installed on my home in Dec 2033. They did a fine job in doing so and completed the job in one day. Their expertise was evident by their attention to detail and their work effort. I would highly reccommend them to anyone needing a roofing job of any kind.

Had my roof replaced approximately 3 weeks ago by Feazel. From the start dealing with the inspector that came out and checked my roof and helped with the insurance claim to the individual that scheduled the installation the job forman and the crew that did the work. I have no complaints. The crew did an excellent job with the installation and clean up afterwards. The job Forman kept me updated on the progress throughout the process. As of today 11/22/23 the roof looks great. Once again thank you to the entire crew. I would definitely recommend Feazel.

Did a roofing and gutter replacement project. Worked efficiently and quickly. Did on outstanding job of cleaning up all debris.

Fantastic company and staff. Andrew knew how to work with our insurance company to ensure our replacement roof met current codes. They replaced the entire roof in one day. Our yard was immaculate after they departed. The new roof is awesome!

Sales Rep was on time and prepared with all roofing samples and color options. Sales Rep was there with Insurance Adjuster. Once estimate was received there was a few more items needed that insurance did not account for. Feazel Rep took care of all missing items with Insurance. PM was there day of roof installation, completed in one day and cleaned up yard according. Sales Rep stayed in contact the entire process. Communication between Feazel and all parties was one of the best parts of getting a new roof. This was such a pleasant experience!

We had THE best experience with Feazel Roofing for 2 different projects at our home in Bellbrook, Ohio. Micah was so helpful, friendly and got us the best results on an issue that multiple people had already tried to fix and didn't do the job correctly. We are forever grateful to Micah and Feazel for the great job they did and would 10/10 recommend to other customers!

Gave great service and did a excellent job on my roof and gutters installation. Would recommend them to anybody who needs a new roof or repairs. They also worked with my insurance company with know issues.

Salesperson was excellent. Supervisor that came back after works left to correct all the problems. He was excellent. 1st day - 4 to 6 Mexican men were dropped off at our home, unsupervised. Was horrible - they worked until 9: 30pm. In the dark. I had to call company to call them and ask them to leave for the day. I'll stop here. It was not a pleasant experience. $16,500.00

Joe came out to inspect our roof after we purchased the home (under Feazel warranty) and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work.

He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of roofing. He showed me pictures and explained how the ridge vents were at the proper distance after the home inspector said it was to narrow. He took the time to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions.

Joe's attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. He went above and beyond and even helped out with my gutters! We just had our furnace and A/C go out among other things and he did a solid by telling me what was wrong and what he recommends out of his own goodness to include clearing out the blocked gutters! I highly recommend this company (shout out to Joe!) for being awesome.

I will refer any of my friends or family to Nick Junker at Feazel, he was terrific to work with and went above and beyond navigating the insurance challenges for storm damage.

Feazel came out to our house one night after a hail storm and asked if they could check out our roof. After doing so, we were told it needed replaced. They worked with our insurance and the process went very smoothly. The new roof looks great and we have had no issues with it.

Recently a piece of siding came loose on the side of the house. I called to see if they did anything like that and they set up an appointment to come out. The guy came out, looked at it, fixed it, and said no charge. I really appreciated that.

They are a great company that seems to care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

Called Dallas and told him that we had a leak in the upstairs bathroom shortly after our conversation Dallas called me back and said that Ben was in the vicinity and would stop over and and check it out. Ben came over went up on the roof and fixes the issue then proceeded to check the entire roof. Very professional, quick and efficient.

Had a complicated issue with a link in the roof that know one could seem to find the source. 5 different contractors came over the year to assess it. Feazel figured it out and then FIXED it. I should have called them 7 years ago!
