Not sure what happened with FedEx Custom Critical payable system
But we have 1 invoice unpaid for 6 month and 4 invoices unpaid over 3 month and there is no live person available to call
FedEx representatives advise to email only for all payment questions.
Prior years FedEx paid timely as a clock
