Was overcharged to send my item and then my wife was forced to pay the value of item in "fees" to receive it. A 300 dollar phone cost 740 dollars after FedEx touched it. I will never use these thieves again.

Had major problems getting my packages delivered to my house they were able to have it delivered to their store and I was able to pick it up there. Very professional and courteous people.
