FedEx Ground, North Jackson OH

Fedex drivers do not know the difference between steps & a front door! Tried to call him back to put the large box by the door. He heard me, but keep driving! I wish I had his nsme!

I sent 3 boxes via Ground two weeks ago from Clermont FL to CLE Ohio. The boxes contained every article of clothing my 16yr old owned. 2/3 boxes were lost, somewhere in FL. Travis from the N Jackson terminal was nothing short of amazing. He calmed me down, acknowledged the mistake, and did NOT give up until he found our boxes! He texted me, for hours after our phone call with several updates. Travis and the N Jackson terminal set a new precedence for the PURPLE PROMISE <3

I filled a complaint with FedEx about this location and I encourage everyone else to also. They didn’t even attempt to deliver my package, just sat in the drive and then left had to run them down with my car to get my order

2 days straight my package was on the truck for delivery and it wasn't delivered either day! Both days I received email it was delayed and on truck for the next day! I called FedEx today and was told it will be here tomorrow! We shall see!

Packages delivered to wrong address and I don't get them, this is the worst shipping co. Ever. They have the worst reputation of delivering to the wrong address all the time and they don't care about customer service. Train your people better!

Why is it only FedEx that has problems delivering packages? Every single time they say I'm not home and can't even bother to even leave a missed delivery tag? I'm home! No one else gives me these problems. I am at 5 attempts and counting.
Please everyone, do not use FedEx. Save yourself the trouble.

These people do not care. My package has been delivered to the wrong house around 7 consecutive times. Every time this happens FedEx “investigates” and determines it’s on me to contact the seller because the package was delivered. Requested notes are not added to the account and the problem is not corrected no matter how many times you call. Use FedEx if this sounds appealing to you.

My child's School keeps using FedEx to deliver school supplies and electronics and several times I have either not received the package at all, or it is thrown on my porch broken they don't even get a signature, the driver signed for my package.they aren't even doing the only job that they are supposed to be doing.

Worst delivery service! They threw my package in a ditch by my drive because they dont like my long lane. Luckily i was leaving for work and seen it. The next delivery wasnt even at the right address of street. Luckily i new who it was and they called. I cring every time i see a shipment comming from them.

Don't ever consider using this hub to deliver any packages on time. I've currently been told every day my package is out for delivery between specific times for 5 days now, Meaning i don't plan anything. Each day at closing time i'm then updated it was "Never attempted" My 3-5 day package has now become an 11 day package, and worst of it all it's been sitting an hour from me for 10 of those days.

Now dealing with theft of over $800 from this facility, please do what you can to avoid using them.

Can't believe I had to come back to this review and update.

Shipment tracking was perfect for a whole week watching my products go and when it hits the North Jackson Ohio facility it doesn't move for days they won't deliver. Very poor service. And forget about trying to talk to a live person at that local facility. That's why I don't ship with FedEx

Had to report a driver for speeding through a private Condominium Property. These drivers should know better, the signs are posted 20miles an hr, not 40.

I wish I could have given 0 stars. Fed Ex delivered my Walmart order to the wrong house. I never did receive my package. I contacted them and they refuse to take any responsibility on the matter. All they keep telling me is that they delivered it. They should take a picture of your package or packages on your porch when they deliver them and text or email it to the customer, like Amazon does. Fed Ex is the worst.

0 stars! For years, every package that is delivered by this specific Fedex center has been mishandled and left outside in the open. I have specific directions on my account not to leave my packages outside. The lack of care for other people's belongings is absurd. I have made numerous phone calls to the center with no change in results. This place needs new management!

Drove up, rung the buzzer, they answered it, took my tracking number, took a picture of my ID and then loaded it in my car. The FedEx staff member was very professional.

Do not try to get work with Genesis Inc.out of North Jackson Ohio! Management is HORRIBLE!
They try to lure you with the pay. It is not worth it! Trust me!
