6Returned my package in no time at all. Then in a few days got my new one. The employees were very nice and professional.
This location has the BEST employees who are always so kind, helpful and accommodating. I am here several times a week mailing or shipping product/packages and it’s always a great experience. Highly recommend this location for any shipping or printing needs!
Facility is really dirty. Restroom looks worse than a gas station bathroom out a movie. Employees are dumber than a box of rocks. And the store hours are terrible. Hope everyone that shops here or works here rots. Would give less than 1 star if possible.
Staff is nasty and rude. Would not recommend.changes my view on fedex and I will not continue to be a customer.
Team at this location is always awesome- but their hours can vary - arrive early!
Insured my package for 1000.00 FedEx and paid for shipping both ways. They damaged my item by puncturing the package and busting a circuit board on my item and refused to pay for it. Not to mention spilling chemicals all over my package.
