Brian relieved my stress and helped me unload (5) 80 pound boxes and find the best shipping rate. I was returning an Amazon order to a 3rd party. He was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got his workout in with those boxes too!

Christine and her team in the printing department provided above average customer service and presented a product of high quality in a timely manner. I will most definitely be utilizing their services again.

I leave tomorrow for an important business trip and was frantically trying to find a place I could print business cards before I left in the morning (I know, last min). I had called the store and Joey took on the challenge. In literally 2 hours, he had them printed (and even cut them which I wasn't expecting given the tight turnaround!). He served me with a smile and got everything done before closing. The store manager was also super nice. I've done prints here before but holy cow! I was floored by the customer service. Thank you Joey! You made my day (and possibly helped me get some new clients). 10/10 recommend.

It would be nice if you guys would maintain your equipment. I tried both of your paper cutters, actually I couldn't try one of them because it was completely non-functional and the other had a blade so dull it did more ripping than cutting. There's no way I'd let these people handle any of my mailing or packaging needs. Completely unprofessional.
